to our party the hotel was first class,the place was thoroughly clean,the food excellant plenty of variety etc,its situated in a nice spot about 5 mins to the beach,but loads of bars, shops etc nearby.the staff were quite friendly and helped in anyway with your problems,i must confess we didn't stay in the hotel everynight for the entertainment,but what we saw was quite good

the holiday was fantastic all staff and reps were brill especially roley what a star.cleanliness was not the best in our room,under beds had not been done for two weeks but the rest of the hotel was spotless.hotel staff english they were brilliant.entertainment was very good day and night ,especially rep show.all i can say is go and enjoy ,"we did"

An excellent hotel, although the rooms are a little small, but at the end of the day you only sleep there and they are extremely clean and comfortable. Kids thought it was great that they had cbeebies channel on tv in room which kept them occupied when us adults were getting ready. Well done Roley Poley Smoley who entertained us really well he was a star, getting everyone to join in even my husband and he's usually quite shy. My eldest son (9) enjoyed kids club tremendously but my youngest son (5) wouldn't go on his own as he didnt know anyone but as the week went on he got to know Sammy who by the end of the week he loved, she was great fun. The evening kids club was a bit confusing you had to put the kids names down between 4.30 and 5.00 each day and each time I went just before 4.30 I was told that the club could only take a certain amount of children and that it was full for that day which was quite disappointing for the children. Kate the rep was very helpful in giving us advice about the area even if her 20 minute walk to water park turned out to be more like an hours walk.

We have been to the Continental Park for the last 3 years and are going again this year.
Having read some of the negative reviews I wonder what some people expect in a holiday!!! We find all aspects of this hotel fabulous, from the location to the food and the staff.
Anyone who does not enjoy a holiday here should consider staying at home with their socks and sandals firmly in place!!!!!

We stayed at his hotel and we think if you've got kids then you will love it. We took my 5 year old daughter and she loved it there was so much going on all day to keep her amused and us.
The food was lovely something for everyone.
And I've never seen such good entertainment for both adults and children. We would def go back again.

The apartment was excellent, fully equipped (fridge, kettle, bath, shower and safe although this was quite expensive). The location was great, just five mins from beach, plenty of shops close by and Burger King just round the corner. On the whole the hotel staff were very friendly, reps were pretty helpful. There was plenty on if you didnt want to explore anywhere else (water polo, tennis, cricket, quizzes etc round the pool which was very nice).
This was our first holiday abroad, i was really dubious but we are seriously thinking about booking already for next year, it was so enjoyable.

I would certainly recommend this hotel . It was just what we wanted.The staff excellent, nothing was a trouble to them. Entertainment was great and so was Simon the Entertainments manager. Thomson reps ,they are stars. We had 3 kids in our group aged 3, 8 and 9 and the Thomson kids clubs provided us with a welcome break each day. The kids did'nt want to come home. The reps , some names I can recall were SAMMY, NINA, BARBIE, MIKE AND STEVE and not forgetting the multi talented ROLEY. ROLEY you are going to be on the tv someday , keep it up.
We went half board and thoroughly enjoyed the meals Alex the head waiter ensured everyone was comfortable and catered for. The room was clean and amply fitted for our needs. We would certainly go back there. Thankyou Thomsons and everyone at Continental Park for a great time

I have got back from this hotel from start of October. I would definately go again, the rooms were clean and well equipt. The staff were friendly especially the guy at reception and the holiday reps who sang and danced with us Oh Happy Day as we collected our room key late back one night...the hotel food was great we ate there rather than surrounding resteraunts as was better all round service, taste and staff.
Nearby bar the bottom left by the beach good to visit for food. We frequented La Isla cocktail bar where the staff were lovely...you have to try the crazy maze also! Another bar on the right just marked i think as British bar family run by Majorcans ... Oliver,Frankie were two of the names ...very fun atmosphere.

This was our first time abroad as a family, and was slightly worried about keeping the young ones entertained, and having 2 separate rooms. Need not have worried. We were allocated adjoining rooms which was brilliant. For the children if they wanted, there was a separate food service area in the restaurant where they could help themselves. The food was excellent, many choices and mouthwateringly naughty deserts, which caused a few problems when the children wanted more than 3! The entertainment by the Thompson reps was again, brilliant, and as someone mentioned previously, especially the rather loud and funny Ros! The children were entertained throughout the day, and the little ones had their own creche! The pool area was great with 2 separate play areas for the children. The pool was feezing though! All in all a brilliant hotel, would definately go back.

Great Evening entertainment (apart from the bingo) the best of the lot is the Robbie Williams tribute act. Bar is over priced but good service. Lots of bars and places to eat close by we found the smiths bar to be good value for money. Beach close by just over the busy road. This is a brilliant family hotel we had a great holiday and would stay there again.
