We stayed at this hotel in 2004,all we can say is excellent,we only wish we had gone back there in 2005,so we will deffenatly be there in 2006 a couple of times we hope....superb.

This year was the second time that we have stayed at the hotel, and was by far the best holiday I have ever been on! There was so much to do, including scuba diving once a week and activities such as rifle shooting, shuffleboard and waterpolo for the adults and basketball and bingo for the little kids.
As the hotel is quite small, the hotel staff get to know you really quickly, I was so sad to have to leave them all behind, they were all so friendly and helpful and made the holiday what it was.
The pool is massive and is never too crowded, a lot of fun is to be had. The evening entertainment done by the animacion team is excellent - especially the cabaret which is so funny.
The cosmos reps were also very nice (in spite of what some people have said) and weren't too "in your face" but they were there if you had a problem.
See you there next year!

This was one of the best holidays we have even been on. We have booked next year already.
The hotel is beautiful with fabulous pools, plenty of beds, but you have to put your towel down by 7.30 to get a brolly!
The rooms were pleasant, great much needed air-con and adequate storage. Maid service was second to none, beds and room tidied every day and clean towels.
Food was wonderful, loads of choice, no 2 days the same, had the most lovely waiter called juan who couldnt do enough for you, only negative point is ladies you will gain weight!
The entertainment team were great, we did all the daytime activities ie archery. Waterpolo, football, aerobics etc as the hotel is small it was very easy for the staff to get to know you, we loved them all especially nora and cami. Really enjoyed evening entertainment, didnt feel the need to leave the hotel, apart from on a friday when they had a dodgy spanish singer! Kids loved the disco and the hotel run kids club, only negative point is club house didnt have air-con. Kids did not want to go to cosmos run club as could not come and go as they pleased.
Highly highly recommend this hotel, esepecially if you have kids between 1 and 15 - we didnt see our 4 (aged 6 to 11) for two weeks - heaven!

I visted the Princesa playa this month and i just got home today. I really like the hotel and the staff and the animation team were great and cosmos team were real nice too. I went with my friend lauren and we had a great time. All the bar staff were lovely and all the cosmos team were hilarous. theres lots to join in with during the day and then watch the shows at night which was good fun and then the hotel dances was great. We were up every night dancing away and we joined in , in all the activies with the adults . The hotel its self was very very nice but it was quite a walk to get to the marina which hurt your feet with fancy shoes on. The resort its self was alaso lovely . i would love to come back again and visit everyone and have a great time with everyone we also met lots of friends .

Just arrived back from holiday ar Princesa Playa. The Hotel was excellent, very clean, friendly staff we would highly recommend this hotel. Both my children aged 4 & 21 months enjoyed the Cosmos Childrens clubs & nursery. The hotel also provides it own childrens club which is also excellent

Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent
Very goods only ate in the hotel once
The location of the hotel was about 10 mins walk to cala n bosh centre which was not a problem for my family
The hotel staff was excellent very freindly and helpfull.
Entertainment could improve a little for the adults, childrens entertainment was excellent.
I have been back to this hotel 3 times and would go back again i have recomended the hotel to family and friends, the facilaty in the hotel/apartments are very goods they doing a washing service and ironing service which i found to be very usefull, they also offer a hire service on electrical goods buggies ect.

Fantastic holiday lovely big and clean hotel and pool, great for kids and would very much recommend.
Food lovely and a warm welcome from all the staff.
Lots of adult activities like tennis waterpolo and archery and was enjoyed by everyone of our party.
Would like to go back soon! Kids entertainment included shows like beauty and the beast from the hotel staff. Top notch holiday!

just back from this hotel.beautiful pool ,beautiful grounds and really nice friendly staff, but the apt was not up to standard. the drawers in the kitchen smelled very damp and fusty, the toaster was dirty and the mini oven was greasy.The freezer inside the fridge was so blocked up with ice you couldn't fit anything in.Also the pillows did not smell clean and fresh.After speaking to the cosmos rep(Dave) i spoke to a lady the next morning who agreed to look and she agreed with what she saw and said she would speak to the housekeeper but nothing was done.We got clean towels and sheets most days but the maids cleaning skills were useless. All this apt needed was a thorough cleaning. The cosmos rep said he would call and check things were ok but he never did. I don't want to put anyone off going here because apart from that it was beautiful and the spanish animation team were brill. After talking to afew others i think we got the dummy apt so beware apt.326

We made our 2nd visit to the Princesa Playa in May this year, and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. The staff are very good especially the waiters who work so many hours. They are fab with your kids as well. The entertainment staff were very good. Many thanks to Alex and Paola who looked after my little one in the Mini Club.
I agree with the Cosmos situation. Our kids who are aged 5 & 3 would prefer to visit the hotels mini club. Apart from Neil (Cosmos) the others were just not interested. We turned up one morning to find the 2 regular kids reps were on airport duty and the stand in girl had a broken arm which had happened at the Reps cabaret show. Luckily the children did'nt want to stay because Neil was not there and so went back swimming. She had to take all 15 children with her when one of them wanted to visit the toilet !!!
Apart from that, we are returning again next May, and have had 2 emails from friends whom we met out there who are also going back at the same time as us.....9 months and counting !!!!
We found the hotel rooms spacious for the 4 of us, they have a little fridge in and cleanliness is outstanding throughout.
Food can sometimes be quite "the same" but nothing to complain about.
