We arrived at the hotel about 9:45 and checked in without a hitch, despite it being the day of the Spanish general strike. The guy on the desk said all was running as normal. We dropped the cases off in the rooms and by 10:15 we were relaxing in the bar area. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The kitchen has a cooker/fridge and microwave. Nice size balcony. The maid cleaned our room every day except Sunday. The towels were changed every time she cleaned.
The food quality was good with the usual range catering for all. For us it was the FULL English breakfast. Lunch and evening meals were the usual range and some of the food was warm rather than hot, but there was a couple of microwaves so you could heat them up. Self-service tea, coffee and fruit juice at breakfast, and beer, wine and pop at mealtimes.
The restaurant was always kept very clean and staff were always clearing tables as soon as they became empty. There are 7 pools in all, each one clean and well maintained. The overall sunbathing areas were good with plenty of sunbeds.
The only real negative thing I can complain about was the bars. We arrived on the 29th Sept and the two bars were open, so the 2 drinks only rule was not a problem. However, from 1st Oct only the one bar was open, despite the hotel being full. What made things worse (apart from the 2 drink rule) they served drinks in plastic tumblers that held less than half a pint, and sometimes they didn`t fill them right up. So you can imagine the queues! If they had served beers in pint tumblers and spirit drinks in the tall tumblers and maybe allowed 4 drinks per person this may have helped.
I would recommend this hotel.

Having read numerous reviews on other sites, most of them favourable we booked this hotel on a very late deal and i'm pleased to say i'm glad we did.
We stayed on an all inclusive basis which was as follows.
Restaurant:
Breakfast: 08.00-10.00
Lunch: 13.00-14.30
Dinner: 19.00-21.00
There is only one restaurant on the complex and food can be a little repetative; however not so much that would cause complaint. There is a very good selection of Salads, Pastas and fresh fruit served with main meals as well as the usual selections for kids, such as hamburgers, chicken nuggets, chips and beans etc. Food was sometimes found to be not hot enough but there are a couple of microwaves to hand should you wish to use them.
There is also a hot plate where the grill chef cooks fresh chicken, fish etc.
There are numerous desserts to be had as well as a well stocked ice cream fridge. All meals are self serve buffet style as are the drinks in the restaurant which include soft drinks, water and beer from the centre of the restaurant or Sangria and red or white wine from the bar area.
I cant really comment on snacks available outside of restaurant opening hours, but did see that of a morning it tended to be croissants etc and mid afternoon you could order hot dogs, hamburgers (please note hamburgers, there were a couple of people complaining that "they don't taste like Mcdonalds beefburgers".That will be because they're hamburgers)
Cheese toasties and nuggets were also available.
Ok one of my bug bears, there are 2 bars, however they saw fit to only open 1 bar at a time with 1 member of staff serving at any one time with a limit of 2 drinks per customer. This can sometimes lead to queues forming and having to wait for 10-15 minutes to be served, however during the last few days of our stay, it looked like the management came in and started to make a few changes, such as the second bar being opened of an evening when it gets busy.
Hotel in my opinion was kept very clean,
Housekeeping from 9:00am to 4:00pm five days a week excluding Sundays And Wednesdays, towels changed three times a week which is signalled by you leaving your towels in the bath.
There are 6 or 7 pools on the complex, only one of which is heated to 22 degrees, again people were complaining that it didnt feel heated it was cold, well if youre sitting in the sun thats in the 30's well 22 will indeed feel cold, rather welcoming in my opinion. There are a lot of palms and shrubs that surround the pools and given that this is Fuerteventura and can be windy, inevitably some vegatation can end up in the pool this was something else management were addressing as we left.
Any ways hopefully i can add a bit more to this but for now if there is anything you would like to ask, dont hesitate.
