Rooms ok, direct club excellent, direct rep Wendy brilliant, and direct club reps were absolutly fantastic.
Hotel staff not very helpful, please be aware that while we were there clothes, toiletries and small amounts of money were disappearing from rooms.
One visitor called in the police to sort things out as hotel staff didn't want to know.
Cleanliness of pools and surrounding area leave alot to be desired, even after watching the "cleaners" do their job.
You will see quite a few cockroaches around the hotel complex and especially in the bathroom area, which had a disgusting smell at all times.

Booked last minute but as it was named we were able to look on the website at the accommodation. Also read another review! Very surprised at the accommodation. Room was very clean and the cleaners were in every day except Sunday. They tidied everything away and even washed the dishes. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel. There were endless people around the hotel cleaning, tidying, painting etc. Supermarket and pub on site and also two pool bars. We didn't eat at the hotel as we enjoyed walking into the centre each night. The hotel was situated at the edge of the resort but it is only about 15 mins to the very heart of the resort with bars and shops along the way. Very close to the beach. I would recommend this complex to anyone

Room was basic but spacious and met our needs. Cleaners did an excellent job especially with my 3 children. There was always someone about cleaning the complex, picking up litter, watering plants etc. We stayed half board and the food was good most nights, they did not have a specific childrens menu, but they were only to happy to let you order different meals for the children, nuggets, pizza, fish fingers etc. Staff were lovely and friendly. We went with Direct Holidays which had a childrens club but the hotel also had its own childrens club which was equally as good if not better. Evening entertainment was miminal, childrens disco, bingo which the children could join in with a few acts. There was also the pool bar which had bbq and kareoke evenings, having said that there were places to go outside of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you don't want a too busy nightlife, great for families.

Hotel divided between self catering,b&b,half board and all inclusive. We were self catering but we used the hotel resturants a few times as we found them cheaper to eat in than the town. The buffet breakfast was brill only about 3 or 4 euro. There are 2 pools one mainly used by the germans the other by the brits. Both had there own bars.
The food seemed better and more of it in the german side. Evening entertainment was very low key,the british bar had a kareoke and very few customers. The hotel next door had plenty on.
