Arriving at the complex we were very impressed - lovely clean rooms, which were cleaned every other day (and on a couple of occasions our dishes were even done!).
The self catering facilities were very adequate and the room was a great size.
The location was perfect, we were in a room on the second floor facing the main restaurant street and had no problems with noise or disturbance.
The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and our rep was there when he said he would be.
The hotel bar was nice, lovely owners and always happy to help. The only thing was that, because the complex is big on french group windsurfing trips, if you were at the bar when the group was you felt a little like you were gate crashing a private party (although everyone was polite and it wasn't rowdy at all).
Overall we were very very impressed by the whole complex and would definately go back.

I have just come back from Lanzarote today! I had a Fantasic holiday all thanks to the fantastic service from the Oceano Staff..
Lets start with the rooms, they had everything you needed , were cleaned every other day, comfortable clean beds, not too noisy as the music from 'The Bulldog bar' below was turned off by 12 o'clock. Over all no complaints there!
Mo's pool bar was fantastic! Mo and Suzanna we very friendly and always make every one feel welcome. I had no complaints with the food, being a very fussy eater. Drinks and food prices were over all reasonable.
As for entertainment there was none provided in the apartments (Not ideal for children), however Mo's pool bar was open untill 12 o'clock each night with a pool table, table tennis and air hockey on offer to play.
And don't forget the swimming pool which was a nice size, a bit cold to say the least, but clean and friendly pool area!
Over all I think these apartments are fantastic and I am definitely thinking of going back next year for 2 weeks!!!

Rooms were kept clean.

my family and i are just back from the oceano appartments ihad afew bad report about the hotel but when i arrived it was completely different hotel was nice and clean the food at moes bar was lovely the hotel staff were very helpful also our tour rep was allways there i only had one complaint that was the shower not enough presure in it other than that i would go back to these appartments

After spending 2 weeks at the apartments that I had not read too many good reviews on, I am overwhelmed by the level of accommodation and service that I received.
For a 2 star rating I had a very clean room, the bathroom was fantastic and the shower was good. My room was cleaned every other day and bedding changed every 4th day. If any extra cleaning was needed a request to reception was all that was needed.
My room was above the bar and it was not too noisy, it also closed at midnight so even if it was noisy, it wouldn't have been a problem.
The pool is a good size and clean. The staff were fantastic and always seemed cheerful.
I will definitely stay at these apartments again.

These apartments are great, they are basic but everything you need, even an oven which we used alot because we bought fresh pizzas from the nettos.
Apartments in a great location, so close to everything.
Staff really helpful and pleasant.
Pool bar was great Mo & Suzanne are really welcoming and friendly, snacks were tasty and they always brought the food & drinks over to you beside the pool, now thats what I call service.

Having recently returned from Lanzarote I would definitely go back and use these apartments, they where just what we needed, right in amongst everything, staff were very friendly, the whole place was always clean and tidy and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard every 2 days without fail we also had the option of a courtesy room or keeping ours longer as we had an evening flight.
The food from Mo's pool bar was OK I mean it was only snacks which is all you really want during the and they also do a full English breakfast which was pricey compared to others but other than that everything was spot on!

We have stayed in the Oceano three years running and plan to go back there again this year.
The staff are so friendly they can't do enough to help you.
The facilities are excellent, much cleaner than Porto Tahechi over the back. No cockroaches unlike Porto Tahechi. All necessary kitchen equipment including kettle, iron, pans ect... no need to pay a deposit for these items.
The beach is only a two minute walk around the corner, along with all the restaurants and entertainment that anyone could need.
Scutty shalk is best value for breakfast & dinner, great food & friendly staff.
See You this summer!!!!!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the Oceano Studios, Costa Teguise and had a great time.
The apartments are not 5 star and quite basic but they are cleaned every second day and are very comfortable. As mentioned by others some of the rooms are directly above the bulldog pub which I imagine would be quite noisy but we were only 3 rooms away from it and never heard much. The pool area and bar was clean and friendly but be warned at this time of year the pool was freezing.
Apartments are ideal location, only 5 mins from the beach and restaurants etc. We had some fantastic meals and nights out and highly recommend a pub called "the irish bailey"

We have just got back from a week at the oceano apts. on arrival we were very pleased with the location of the apts as they are right in the centre of the resort.
We were in room 102 which was nice and clean with plenty of room. Our room looked over the main road which wasnt too loud.
Some of the apts were over pubs/shops but at this time of year I dont think they would have experienced too much noise. with regards to the staff, they were friendly enough but not in any rush to make converstaion.
The only bad comment I would have was the fact that on our first morning we went down to the pool and were made to feel like we shouldnt be there. as most other guests were at the pool bar and just sat and stared at us, so from then on we spent everyday at the beach.
