Just returned from a family holiday at this hotel and had a brilliant time. Food was excellent, loads of choice every breakfast/evening plus children's buffet on an evening. Hotel was immaculately clean, even polish the palm trees! We upgraded to a suite so that we had more space and a separate bedroom from the children, only complaint about this was that the bedroom was not airconditioned, only the lounge area. Would not put me off staying at this hotel again though. Pool area was lovely but people reserved the sunbeds at the crack of dawn despite notices saying that staff would remove towels. Over all, fab hotel, would definitely recommend it, staff friendly and cannot do enough to help.

We stayed for a week only, and found this hotel to be in our opinion very good.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive and in the bars and restaurants, extremely friendly and efficient.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a quiet resort and only a couple of minutes walk from the promonade.

In all areas the hotel was spotlessly clean with good room service.

An excellent pool area was ideal for a chill out sort of holiday which we had gone for.

We would not hesitate to go back to the Lanzarotte Princess.

Hotel was and spacious and just the right size not too big, hotel staff polite, helpful and extemely friendly. The food was very good lots of choice and always hot. Public areas always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is idea just out of the gate and down to beach, shops, bars and restaurants just a bit further. Lovely holiday just the place to chill out, this was our 2 visit and will certainly be back

We stayed at the Lanzarote Princess for 11 nights, the hotel was spotless, the cleaners were at it from morning till night, the food was varied and was always hot with several theme nights during the week.

The hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful - that also includes the entertainment team who put on some really good shows throughout the week - with an excellent duo in the piano bar every evening.

We enjoyed our stay so much that I have just booked again for September of next year - this time for two weeks.

We were absolutely delighted when we arrived at the hotel.

After checking in, the receptionist waved over a porter and he put our cases into the carrier and drove us down to our room and carried the cases up for us. What a luxury.

We couldn't fault the food, particularly as we had a very fussy 10 year old with us. A different theme every night ensured that the choice of food was always interesting. The piano bar at night was great, very relaxing. We would go there and my son would go to the children's entertainment. There was no hesitation in letting him go with his friends while we had "grown up" time on our own.

The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were available for poolside every day. We will definitely be back.

Hi
My wife and I had a lovely holiday at this hotel but it does need a refubishment particularly in the bathroom. The plumbing kept making a banging noise when taps were turned on. Other guests had similar but it didn't apply all over hotel.

Refurbishment was taking place but it is a big hotel complex and this will take time.I might add that when we informed reception they would have moved us to a differant room but we got used to it. Also we were told that people who had gone with Thompsons were told before they had left the U.K. of the work and they could have changed hotels this did not happen to us with Cosmos.

Also in the bathroom-the bath was stained, light fittings were not working properly - the pedal bin had lost its cover and the light over mirror in bathroom did not have a cover. We did not report any of this and it did not spoil our holiday. Like I say it does need a refurbishment and because of this when we go back to Playa Blanca next year we will book into a different hotel.

Not up to the standard one should expect for a 4 star hotel the rooms were furnished to 3 star standard, not all were large.

The food was definitely not up to 4 star standard. The restaurant was large and noisy, over run by small children.

The main advantage was it's proximity to the centre.

Perfectly good 3 star hotel, but you are paying for 4 stars, consequently a bit expensive.

The swimming pool area was well designed (criss crossed by towel bearing automatons in the early mornings...)

The main entrance was unfortunately placed the 'wrong side' relative to the town. The more convenient gate being closed in the evening.
