I stayed with my family for 2 weeks and i have to say they were fantastic!
ok the pools were freezing except for the baby pools they were lovely and warm. The kids were entainertained all day they very much enjoyed it. The entertainment in the Dome was great. Mini disco wore out the kids then they were off to the parties, while we stayed and watched the cabarets, etc. I have to say that Antony is an amazing performer and that Leanna and Freya were full of energy all the way through the night, fantastic dancers.
We are already booked up for next year, fantastic!!

Too much to say about this hotel.
Well we had a warm welcome to the Sun Tropical wish we had went for 2 weeks insted of one the room was clean and nothing we could say against it.
Brillaint for families my kids experienced new things and faced they fears.
The Kids club excellent every day afertoon and night they had them they saw more of the kids then we did brillaint nice break for me and my husband.
The food and drink was brillant very nice my kids loved the little kids selection. While me and my husband tucked into a nice sunday dinner.
Entertainment team was brill so was the enertainment every night they was somthing different on. Could I say Matt your terrible at singing.
The staff were friendly and the cleaner plaited both my daughters hair and it was cheap to. Could I recommend ask the kids club reps for a form to take them to rancho texas as my daughters loved it.
Well I would recommend this hotel to anyone as we want to go back there it was that good go to your travel agents and ask for this hotel and if your going to this hotel enjoy it as we did.

This place was rubbish and we would never visit again. We were all inclusive and the food/drink/service/entertainment was so bad we spent an extra
