Hotel rooms were cleaned every day and towels
changed if required.

Food was not too bad.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful only down side was the walls in the bedrooms were very thin could hear everything from next door.

Only 5 mins from beach and 2 mins to railway station.

We were a party of four - allocated 2 rooms next door to each other on the first floor. It is very true about the paper thin walls; you could hear everything especially someone using the toilets next door.

The food was OK but if you didn't wanted stampeded by spanish pensioners you had to go for your meals early. The pensioners would knock you out to get their food first and were extremely rude - I know you should respect your elders but this was ridiculous - we never met such ill-mannered and ignorant people before.

The pool was cleaned every day but it was a nightmare getting a sun lounger - you had to wait until 10 o'clock to get one and then you had to go to another part of the hotel (across the garden) to get a mattress - we found it easier and less stressful to go to the beach.

Another thing we noticed when there was that the English speaking children were not included in the kids activities - it was all centred round the spanish children; the children's rep. never made any effort to include the english children; was only concerned with the spanish; english parents made complaints to the Airtours rep but nothing seemed to be done about it. English parents who we spoke to said they booked this hotel as it stated a kids club and activities each day for their children - they were very angry and disappointed that they were excluded from any games or competitions.

Entertainment again was for the spanish - if you like to watch pensioners old-time dancing.

We will definitely not be returning to this hotel as we felt that if you weren't spanish you shouldn't be there.

We were really worried after reading previous reviews on this hotel but went with an open mind.

The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were compact with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was a good size. You can hear and smell next rooms toilet activity,so they can hear you,but it did not really bother us.(just like being at home really)

The maids were in every day to clean room and make beds with fresh towels every other day.

Meals were adequate but busy depending on what time you ate.Spanish usually went in last hour of meal times.

If you wish a sunlounger you better be quick though the pool guy does not unchain them until 10am.this did not bother us as we are not poolsiders.

We read staff are surly but never found this to be the case, they were in spanish time but thats the same anywhere abroad(we get it tomorrow attitude).

The bar shuts at 1am(lights are put out on you) so if you want a later night stay out.

We went out at night so have nothing to say about entertainment appart from the hall was always busy,so others must of enjoyed it.

Train station is only 5 minute walk up the road,Beach is about 15 minutes,an underpass avoids busy road.

Enjoyed our stay and would go again.

We went full board to the Fuengirola Park Hotel, for 2 week, and we did not want to come back home!

The food, caters for everyones tastes, from burger and chips for the kids, pasta's, fish dishes, meat dishes, and of course paella and even shepherds pie.

The hotel is very clean and cleaned daily. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday.

Hotel staff are excellent and all speak fluent English! (However the Spanish appreciate it if you try and speak even a little Spanish)

Entertainment was very good, with Spanish dancers, magic shows for kids, and bingo.

We would definitely visit this hotel again!

The hotel is pretty clean.

Although the pool is cleaned everyday we suspect two of our childrens ear infections were as a result of dirty bathers and not enough chlorine in the water. Bear in mind if you need a doctor, the local one is private and he will not inform you of this until he hands you the bill.

The rooms are small, the beds are rock hard and the walls are thin especially the grill in the bathroom. Because of numbers in our group we booked two rooms, luckily they were adjoining which meant the bathroom grills interconnected so all sounds were not unusual to us. Granted that the vents were connected to above and below floors but I found this a perfect way of passing messages to other guests, much like tapping on pipes to communicate with fellow prisoners.

I think it was probably the postioning of my room, but I had the utility room on the other side which meant the plumbing would belch and gush outrageously everytime someone flushed, the radiator would also kick by itself. At 07.30am every morning I worked out the majority we having their morning bog visit.

This early moring wake up acted as a blessing because although the sunbeds were locked until 10.00am you still got to bags your space on the grass or near the pool, not easy when the sprinklers are on. Also the cushions for the sunbeds are in a different place, so you are looking at a 3 person operation. This military like activity gets easier over the coming days. There are also no Germans to compete with, not a single one. 95 percent of guests are Spanish, which will get on your nerves by the end of your stay.

My room had problems with the card entry ,I had to change it twice. The cupboard door fell off, and the other door handle snapped off. The light above the bedroom mirror was hanging loose. When switched on, this had the effect of buzzing the TV.

If you are given Room 430, ask for another. I only kept it because it was next to my kids room.

The food is alright for one day, then over the next few days you gradually think, hold on this is actually rubbish. When that day arrives go down to the beachfront and order decent grub from Coast2Coast.

Apart from all the above if you have booked this hotel you will still enjoy your holiday unless you are determined not to.

We booked the hotel on the internet and looked at the holiday report before going, but thought it CANT be that bad!

It was!! it was very clean but as quoted before our trip it was full of spanish people. I didn't mind this but my son wasn't happy at all.

He went to see what entertainment was on offer but the rep was talking in Spanish. She didn't encourage English kids to join in activities therefore my son was very bored.

We didn't even try to fight for a sunbed every morning, that was useless. If not at the beach we sat on the grass.Very few beds. Majority were covered with towels and left for the majority of the day. This really annoyed me.

Evening entertainment was dire. Spanish flamenco, bingo or old time dancing. Not for children who need entertaining!!

Food ok but questionable.

We have just returned from the Fuengirola Park Hotel this week.

We went full board and the food was of a very high standered. The breakfast, you had a choice of a continental breakfast, including, salami, different cheeses, bread roles & Jam, and pastry's.

Lunch was a vast variaety of foods, meat, pasta's salad, e.t.c.
Evening meal was like dinner with a choice of a few meats, pastas e.t.c and of course DESSERTS!!!

The hotel was cleaned daily and as were our rooms.

The hotel staff are very friendly and all speak fluent English.

The location is perfect, 5 mins from beach, 20 mins from Fuengirola.

Entertainment was mainly for the spanish, but we still sat there and enjoyed it.

We would deffinetly visit this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised after reading reviews on this hotel it was great!

Good choice of food at breakfast which included cooked breakfast, fruit, cereal etc and the evening meal was salad, cooked dishes, and a really varied choice.

Our rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning was a godsend. The staff were polite and friendly.

One thing to mention is that the pool man does not give you access to the sun loungers until 10.00am they are all changed together until then, so no running down early and reserving beds!!!.

Cannot comment on the entertainment we were out and about in the evening, but the happy hour on a Tues and Fri between 6 and 7 was ok 2 for 1.

We were a bit worried before going to stay in the Fuengerola Park Hotel as we had seen the reviews on this website, however for the money the hotel was fine and I would visit again.

The hotel was very clean, and our rooms were cleaned daily. There wasn't much variety with the food, but on the whole it was of good quality. Another problem was that there wasn't always enough and so if you went at the end of the dining time there wasn't always as much choice.

The walls in the rooms were very thin, and each bathroom is connected to the next bathroom by a grill, so you can hear everything that is going on in the next bathroom.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, right next to the beach and about 20mins walk from Fuengerola. The major disappointment was the hotel entertainment, as the hotel only seemed to cater for the Spanish, but there are lots of bars nearby. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from the Fuengirola Park Hotel a few days ago, and overall the holiday was really good. However after reading some of the earlyer reviews I wasn't looking forward to my holiday at all.

This hotel has everything that you will ever need.
A shop which sells gifts, kids club, bar, pool, bus stop right outside, a train station 3 minutes away, a food store opposite the hoel, what more could you possible want?

The hotel is cleaned daily and is very clean!

The hotel food is great with different themes for example Italian, Spanish and English. The food is of a very high standard! (It is not just burger and chips) so if that is what you are looking for go to Blackpool.

The hotel location is great, about a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Hotel staff are great and they all speak English, but if you talk Spanish they do respect you more for trying.

Entertainment was ok, more for the Spanish but what do you expect you are in Spain. However if you are looking for English bars and clubs, they are just up the road.

We would definately visit this hotel again!
