Hi, i am just back i was a excellent holiday the hotel was excellent the was very good i thought that it being all inclusive thaat the food was ni=ot going to be very nice but the food was excellent the pool was not very big and when a lot of people are in the pool you could not move the beach was across a road the staff were excellent and tryed to help you with any thing they can i had a excellent time and i would go back i hope you enjoy your holiday has much as i did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the location is out of the way of the main part of feungorola but we had an excellent time. The staff were particulary friendly and the entertainment was excellent during the day and on a night time which was a real bonus as we could stay in the hotel and enjoy the all inclusive lifestyle.

The overall condition of the hotel was very good and I would not hesitate to recomend it to families. Couples may think again as the hotel is noisey with children.

The only complaint that we had was that the beer was not strong enough but the hotel, entertainment and food was excellent and better than other all inclusives that we have been to.

Visited this hotel in August 2004 have read some bad reviews and I was a bit worried. I really don't understand what they were complaining about, fantastic hotel, food was great, staff were great, rooms were exceptionally clean and as for the entertainment staff best I have ever met. My children are both desperate to go back next year

The entertainment is the best entertainment I have ever seen. They were absoloutly brilliant with the children. I would definatley want to visit this hotel again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel clean and tidy,rooms large enough and had connecting door.Food good and a wide choice but not very British.Plenty of drink and staff very helpful and freindly.Entertainment superb for kids but very limited for teenagers.

We certainly would return to this hotel.

Would not return to this hotel. People I spoke to who had been before felt it had detiorated over the years.

The waiters in the dining room very polite and efficient,however the bar staff and reception staff were sometimes rude and utterly hopeless.

Food was very average with very few mals anything otherthan lukewarm.

Quite a walk to the town but the local bus service

Pool inadequate in high season for no staying. Neede to
book sunbeds as early as 6.30 am and there were few europeans staying here!

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and I can certainly say that it's gone downhill over the years. I booked a room for 4 nights for just my husband and I and used Alpha-beds who I have used many times before. My son and wife said they would like to come as well but Alpha didn't have any more rooms available so I got in touch with the hotel chain direct. Well what can I say, there were 17 of us and we thought the hotel was in a very good location, far enough away from the main Fuengirola town, so it was quiet at night. The kids were well behaved and after 1pm at night, security ensured that all guests were quiet.

We were very apprehensive about our holiday prior to departure, due to the bad reports that we had read, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it a lovely hotel, the staff were courteous and fair. The food was very good and varied, but if you go abroad to find English food being served, then you will be dissapointed, even though there were chips and meat every night. We had no problem finding sunbeds and we did not go down until 8.30am. There were plenty of sunbeds in different areas of the hotel. I have never been to hotel with so many sunbeds or umbrellas available. There was a lifeguard at the poolside all day, which was a relief for parents with young children.

The pool did get busy, but it was very hot and therefore a lot of people used it.

The rooms were cleaned everyday.

The entertainment staff, were excellent with the kids and adults alike, as there was as much going on for the adults as the kids. Games were put on for everyone, such as, shooting, darts, water polo, skittles, shuffleboard, football etc. What more can you ask for, the kids were kept amused for most of the day.

The evening entertainment on a whole was very good, but you cannot get it right all the time.

As for kids being rowdy after 10pm, there was one evening when we were there that the magic show was on that they all stayed. What are parents supposed to do with very young children?????

This was a very enjoyable holiday and I could go on and on about the plus points. So why not make your own mind up, they cannot please everyone all of the time.

We had friends on the 10th floor who did ask to be moved and they were moved without any problem.

we stayed here for two weeks and it was lovely, the children really enjoyed it fab for kids, food not bad, you can drink and drink and not be drunk, very clean staff ok definatley recommed for familes would return

The hotel was very clean, food mainly inedible, hotel situated about 2 miles from Fuengirola, some of the staff were downright rude and the entertainment was a joke.
The walls are so thin you could hear every word from the room next door.
The hotel was full of drunk, ignorant hooligans, kids were playing football in the dining room at mealtimes.
Please don't waste your hard earned money going to this hotel....it's TERRIBLE
