We stayed in the Don Pablo excellent location, the bedrooms were spotless and very spacious.

The food was excellant wide choice of everything, plenty of sun beds for everybody in hotel.

Could sit and look at beach from hotel so we could see grandaughter on the sands going back next year same hotel as well.

This is a lovely clean hotel with good quality food on offer, but its location lets it down.

The hotel is suitable for wheelchair users but if you venture out and require to go into the centre of the resort you are faced with a steep uphill walk or the expence of a taxi.

I would recomend this hotel to people over 60 years of age as most of the entertainment is geared to this age group and if you like Ballroom Dancing this is the place for you.

To sum up a lovely hotel with good food but its location lets it down.

Just came back from our holiday at Don Pablo.

We would go back to the same hotel again.

Not too far away from the centre and set in a nice sea front location. It is a bit of a hike up hill to the shops but it wouldn't put us off.

Was extremely impressed with this hotel. Food was buffet style with good variety so as you could always find something good to eat.

Hotel was spotlessly clean rooms cleaned daily no matter what time you got up.

Staff were very pleasent & helpful.

Location was the best in the resort, walk out the back & you are directly on the beach, many bars to choose from. Walk along the front for a hundred yards & you arrive at the steps or lift that takes you up the hill to the main town.

Good choice of food, something for everyone, although tasted a bit bland towards the end of our stay, overall very good.

The Don Pablo was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in and the staff are fantastic!!

Excellent location on the beach, plenty of sun terrace's and sun bed's.

Heated indoor pool for the early part of the season which was fantastic also two other large pools.

Would not hesitate in returning to the Don Pablo.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic catering, fantastic entertainment and superb staff.

Most of the clientele are of retirement age on long stay basis so hotel seems generally full but I enjoyed all their company as they created a relaxed manner in the hotel. Not really suited for children I think.

Every member of staff work so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay it would be unfair to pick anyone out.

As a wheelchair user I found the hotel fairly accessible.
We enjoyed a great family holiday with a tremendous variety of good food.

Read mixed reviews about this hotel. Have stayed in several previous SOL hotels and have always been impressed. Arrived at the Sol Don Pablo to be met with an impresseive foyer, and friendly staff. Luggage was even taken in the lift. Had emailed the hotel dorectly prior to arrival to ask for a high floor ( away from the entertainment noise) and a sea view. This request had been met - being on the second highest floor of 9 floors with a sea view.

The rooms were of a very high standard with impressive furniture and a large tapestry on the wall. In June and not the height of the season yet, there were plenty of sun loungers. 3 impressive pools with a further pool at the sister hotel Sol Don Pedro. Indoor pool for use in winter. A separate whirl pool was also available. High standard of day time entertainment with archery bowls and practice scuba in the deepest pool. The usual standard of evening entertainment with flamenco and audience participation. Enetratinemnt finished around midnight.

Euro 20043 football was shown on a large cinema screen in the indoor bar. Further poolside bar area with snacks. Large areas of covered sun terraces for those who like the shade. Meals were buffet style with full breakfast. Probably the best breakfast with even two types of bacon. Special themed nights for dinner- ie Italian. Even escorted by a waiter to your table which was nice - instead of having to hunt for a free one.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Rooms cleaned thouroughly every day. The hotel has 4 lifts in the foyer and they have just built two more lifts at the other end of the hotel next to the pool.

Located on the beach front, just across the road from the beach. The road was not really busy. Pleanty of local shops, eateries and bars. Up a fairly steep set of steps to the main Torremolinos town centre, alternative routes up were a less steep road up behind the hotel or the bus which left just outside the hotel. It was certainly walkable and we sometimes walked it several times a day.
This was a great hotel. There didnt seem to be to many screaming children which was also a bonus. This would likely change once the schools stop, although there is a specail Flintstones themed Sol hotel just along the road.

Exceptionally good service in this Hotel...Booked it for Christmas and have nothing but praise for the staff entertainers etc...The Gala meals were nothing short of sensational...would highly recommend it for the Christmas season...situated directly on the beach..nice indoor pool and lots of daytime activities..Fairly steep hill or steps into town..but regular local bus or reception will call a taxi..not too pricey..
will be rebooking for this Christmas...
