Went past them on the bus earlier! I don't know the inside but they are about half a mile from the old town centre and beaches, so easily walkable. There is a decent supermarket almost across the road open seven days a week.

One thing for you to check - see my post and pictures under the works in the old town item. The roundabout that features in the pictures of the construction work is right outside Club Oceano. The work is supposed to be finished by June, but you might want to keep an eye on my regular updates and/or check that there won't be dust and noise from the activities on the main road.
