They used to as we had friends who stay on Lanzarote on board for the day when we berthed at Arrecife. They had a great day sampling the different restaurants and making the most of the all inclusive! We had to provide their passport numbers in advance and they had to hand them in when they boarded.

However I think they may have stopped allowing visitors since then. I'm sure I found the information on the cruise details sent out with the tickets or you could try calling or emailing them.

No visitors allowed on any of the cruiselines, only paying passengers!

you are allowed guests on the destiny you have to go see the customer relations person
you have to fill a form out at least 24 hours in advance and have your guests passport numbers :tup

i only know because we asked last september but couldnt get hold of the passport numbers in time for docking
