If its after the school holidays, just going on the late deals for the next couple of weeks, you're probably looking at about £170 ish per person. It might be more if you're looking for a particular resort or accommodation though. By late deals, I'm talking not booking until about 10 days before you go.

Just a word of advice, if you are booking a last minute deal you will get hit with ticket on departure costs with your holiday if you book to late.
When we book last minute deals we tend to leave about 10-12 days to book before our departure date, we have found that this gets us the lowest price possible without the extra costs.
For a Turkey s/c deal you will be looking from as little as £139 per person to £170 like Elaine mentioned in the previous reply.
Like Elaine also mentioned should you require a specific location or hotel you could pay more, last September we went to Turkey and paid £450 for 2 adults for 1 week in Marmaris,staying at the Blue Palace Apartments.
