Nowadays though, the price goes up towards the departure date if anything. For example, the holiday is £89 but then you pay £20 tax, £20 fuel surcharge, £12 flight meals (you don't get a choice), £15 ticket on departure etc etc and it can work out dearer than it was three weeks before. Dont wait until the last day as you will probably be disappointed and end up with nowt!! Good luck though
