So it has!! That's disappointing 
Looks as if the domain has expired;it froze at 6:30 pm on the 14th and disappeared altogether on the 15th.Still, it's an attractive young lady on the screen at the moment - she'll do until they get the domain organised !! 
The site now shows the following message :
The Algarve Webcam
Due to technical problems the Webcam
is not currently working. A replacement is on its way & hopefully it will be up & running very soon.
