You may be struggling in that area.

Costa Adeje may be a better bet. Club Atlantis, Las Dalias and Isla Bonita have vacancies in your standard of accommodation. Bit more scope if you move a bit downmarket which i imagine you dont want to do

or

Udalla park hotel for £41.500for 2 adults b/b
oro negro hotel for £43.30 h/b
noeila sur hotel for £53.60
conquistador for £69.20

all can be booked with http://www.diytravel.co.uk

or

compestala beach for £44.00
noiela sur hotel for £51.00
h10 las palmeras for £59.00

So no need to go to Coast adeje, there are hotels available in and around where your staying.

I would probably go for the noiela sur, as it is just round the corner from where your already staying. and £51 isn't to bad a price.

happy holidays

Come out of the bittacora and walk up to the vulcano, turn left and walk down this street and it is here.

So just a 5 min walk from the bittacora, and it looks lovely at the front, it is all glass and has an outside bar.

take a look on this map.

I stayed at the Coral Beach in Aug/Sep '05. Cheap and cheerful. We got half board for a few quid more than self-catering, although the evening meals were nice enough, there wasn't much variety (I don't think they bother cooking a big choice because most of the guests are self-catering) but snacks and drinks from the bar were reasonably priced, and the rooms were lovely, clean and very spacious, and there's such a good choice of bars and restaurants in that area you don't need to be tied to the hotel for anything.
If I was looking to stay over that side again I'd go for the Parque de la Paz (right near that fantastic "strip" with the Corner Bar, Soul Suite etc) or the Compostela Beach, or possibly one of the Parque Santiago complexes. I think the Parque de la Paz does half-board, if that's what you want.

the problem with coral beach and parque de la paz is

there wasn't any accommodation available for the date that the poster required.

As you can see the same hotels kept poping up as these hotels had rooms and i posted this list, because they were all in the area that the poster was already staying.

Wonder which one he actually decided to go for.
