how are the prices in tenerife now? i have heard that the price of meals and drinks increased a lot since we last went(2002). has anyone got an idea of up to date prices please, and do the prices vary from resort to resort? we found the north to be cheaper than las americas and los cristianos.

Last time we went to Tenerife was easter 2009 2 adults 2 teenagers we stayed in las americas to be honest most places were doing either 2 for1 or chicken chips etc and small pop or small beer for 5euro.We are going again esater 2011 great winter destination just a shame about the euro,but most places are feeling the pinch.Hope this help's a little
