We went to Orlando in June 2009.We stayed at the Ramada inn International Drive [Lakeview] we never got any bedding changed , and after a week i went to the manageress, -- name removed --, and showed her the mess my body was in with bites , from the dirty beds . She was shocked that the beds had never been changed , and apologised and moved us to another room . I was in a total mess [ i have some photo,s to back this up ]. i was more or less confined to my room for almost a week later , as everybody was staring at me . i even had an irate pregnant woman berating me for walking about whilst i had the measles . Unfortunatly even the doctor,s cream did,nt help much .
Anyhow to cut a long story short , even though i was unable to use the 2 tickets i bought for a three day visit to Universal Studios , did,nt get the use of a night supper with entertainment , we bought in britian before we left for U.S. Even though the manageress said i would be fully compensated for all my losses . When i got home to Aberden , i only recieved the cost of my accomodation. No apology ect , and was told i could wrte to whoever i wanted to , bed bugs are a wy of life , even from 5* hotels. this was from an agent forRamada called -- name removed -- .
