There's a thread dedicated to all things Thomsonfly here. Is that 3 cases for one person? It depends on your booking. Are you flight only or on a package deal? I don't see why you can't but it's not normal to check-in so many suitcases with a small allowance. Half of it would be taken by the weight of the cases! TOM's baggage policy is detailed on their website.
