My agent organised one for 4 people and luggage staying in our apartment in Turunc this year, she told me to tell them 50TL maximum. Not sure exactly what they paid in the end, but hope that helps.
Best to ask the price before you travel. We got it for 50TL one way, and 40 TL on the return journey. Lovely views 
There is a dolmus too,think it was 10tl return each.We went by dolmus and returned by taxi boat.
Just did it a few weeks ago, Dolomus was 5L each and the taxi was 45L. Check how much before you jump in BTW.
