Just come back.
Wonderful holiday, I cannot praise these staff enough. The waiters try very hard to make friend with the children which is very nice.
The food was second to none and it was a plaesure to go to the restaurant, the presentation of the food and the quality is fantastic.During the two weeks we have been at the Son Baulo Hotel, the evening meal menu never repeated which in itself is an enormous achievement. Beautiful apple pie, trifle, bread and butter pudding...its better and better every year.Gala evening tables looked really lovely, also the decorations.
The hygiene of the hotel is above many others. The maid service very efficient and polite and the cleanliness superb.
We have noticed the new furniture in lounges and new beds.
It was much improved regarding entertainment.
This has been our third year in sucession that we have spent at Son Baulo and sincerely hope to come again next year.

This was my first holiday abroad
I did not know what to expect but thouroughly enjoyed every second i was there
Whilst we were there we met a lot of nice people
One couple inparticular Neil and Angela and their daughter Ebony.
After the holiday we recieved many postcards from the couple and have unfortunately lost thier address.
So if you read this Neil and Ang or you were at the Son Baulo around the end of June or beggining of July last year and remember them please get in touch.
Daz and Ali would love to hear from you. .

We were at the Son Baulo again in October, the cleanliness was throughout excellent, this hotel is the cleanest I've stayed in, the food first class, absolutely superb, our Maid fantastic, Dinnng Room staff superb, reception staff pleasant and efficient and all the bar staff wonderful. Lots for kids to do. Impressed with life guards. The whole show is "5 stars", a very profesional hotel, as usual they made our stay a truly pleasant one, and we have no hesitation in recomending it. Very good value for money. No problems at all.

The staff in this hotel r wonderful, very helpfull, funny, good with children. I recommend the hotel to anyone.Room rating would improve if hairdryer and tv (would then be excellent). Plenty activities for toddlers. Couldn`t really fault the hotel at all, the location, building, staff, service, everything was great. Food of good quality and well cooked. Entertainers Chris and Mandy were really outstanding and added greatly to this holiday! Good value for money.First class hotel. Nice bach and nature park.

Very good location, right on the beach. Our first visit 2 years ago was good, but now it is excellent.Excellent food and friendly staff, well mantained. Entertainers great with children and parents.An enjoyable holiday geared to younger families.

31/08/03 -14/09/03 thomsons superfamily.
well overall the hotel was very nice and clean .the hotel is right next to a lovely beach the sea is clean and warm the sunbeds cost 12euros for the 2 and you can stay on them all day if you want ,.
The hotel is very british and the rest of the hotels around you are german.The childrens reps are brilliant and my 6yr son love it they had your children in the evening for 3euros from 9-11 .The day time entertainment was the same nearly every day more adults then children but i did join in for the fun.
The night time entertainment was very boring and we always ending up walking to the town which was about 30 mins walk which got boring after the 1st week.
The food in the hotel was lovely with a wide range of things to pick from the deserts was lovely too.Cooked fresh in front of you was the main meal .
The pool was not so good for the children as it was very small and no more then 10 children could fit in it and the bigger pool was a lot bigger and to deep for small children.
The sun beds was taking up 1st thing in the morning put you always got a bed,the bad thing around the pool was the smell for the water which was supposed to be a nature reserve which smelt more like a sess pit and millions of flys.
To say the hotel was a superfamily there was some older people there which got fed up and could be nasty .
My main disappointment was towards the end we met a really nice family and stayed in the hotel bar one night to find at 11.30 the bar staff told us no more drinks they were closed and it eas time for us to go to bed which was really bad as you are on holiday to enjoy yourselves not to be told its your bedtime.
Overall the son baulo was a nice hotel ,can picafort wasn't wouldn't return to this hotel .

just back from second visit,as last year,hotel,food and cleanliness was superb and everyone from receptionists thro` to chambermaids were extremely friendly and helpful.We were disappointed with Thompsons reps,they seemed rather distant,and were not as good as last year.The evening entertainment was not so good this year ,again, after being brilliant last year.The second week of holiday,we spent our evenings in either Shenanagans or Scandals,just across road,where we were made very welcome,both places are also ideal for a reasonably priced and well cooked snack at midday if required.The resort itself is good and a 20.minute walk along sea front takes you to can picafort where there is all the shopping you need and plenty of bars and cafe`s to recover from shopping

This hotel is right on the beach with lovely views the staff are really happy.
The kids reps are great do loads off things with your kids to keep them happy water games, pool etc.
The night time entertament was not very good and they do not like you to stay up to late told use we had to go to bed one night it was 11.45 not even midnight lol.
We stayed half board and the food was out off this world every night was lovely could not fault it one bit. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereals, bacon, breads and tea. The puddings was great good job the long walk to can picafort was there to burn it off.
The location was nice on the beach great only thing was it was far to the town which was not very big.
The kids reps are great do loads off things with your kids to keep them happy water games, pool etc.

Enjoyable stay, hotel food great, rooms great,very clean, friendly and excellent service, staff very helpfull, we think is a good value.Very good entertainment for children, my son had a geat time, but not suitable for teenagers and not much in area, Sheanenigans pub awful.Would go back again.

We've just come back from a fortnights stay at this hotel, and have to say that we were impressed.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the room was lovely, large and airy, plently of room for another single bed and a cot (despite there already being 2 in there already).
Food was okay and getting better towards the end of the second week.
Kids entertainment was great and plentiful, my son (who's 12) joined the tribe team and was quite impressed... although of the entertainment of a night was obviously for the younger children it was good...sick to death of the finger song though!!
Adult entertainment which started generally at 9.30pm was very good, hypnotist was excellent and a tina turner tribute group were also very good. The main criticism that I had was the lack of seating in the lounge area - either standing room only or seating outside on the terrace, not always warm enough.
I would personally go back to this hotel again although son says not!!
