Everything was fantastic. The food was excellent something for everyone. It was very clean, the maids always cleaning.

The entertainment was excellent with Keith and Suzanne they really made the holiday great. Especially Keith when we all of us went skinny dipping (Dianne, Chris , Linda, Eric, Brad, Mark, Keith etc...) We met lots of lovely couples like Dianne, Chris, Linda and Eric Taya and Harvey Shirley and Hank.

Definetly go to this hotel again, considering going back in October.

Hotel Palma Nova palace was 11 out of 10!! BRILLIANT!!

Me and my daughter Clair went for 10 days and had a fantastic time.

The people we met there were all great so friendly, cant reccomend this hotel enough. Should be 5 star.

We stayed at the Palma Nova palace for a short break, and would not recommmend it for any longer. Although the food was good, the restaurant got very busy.

Our biggest problem was the bar area, very narrow and seemed to take ages to get served, and as it was a/i. people were going to groups to fill their tables with drinks.

We stayed over a weekend and found it very noisy as there was a lot of people on booze runs who seemed as though they were only there for the booze and drink. The pool area also was very small.

Bit dubious about this holiday after seeing this site, but pleasantly surprised.

Hotel was really clean, food good, located about 2 mins from beach.

Staff were really helpful, the entertainment team could be a lot better. We will be sure to visit again.

Bonus you have use of the amenities of the sister hotel next door.

We booked the hotel next door but was changed to Palma Nova Palace by tour operator after reading reveiws on here was dreading it.

After day one we knew that we had struck gold, this hotel is one of the very best we have been to, food & drink great, every one is just so friendly here & Keith & Suzana are great fun.

Watch out Palma Nova palace we are coming back in September...ps. you deserve all your stars

Firstly I think that the name of the hotel should not include "palace" !!
The hotel in general was nice if you were an old person who does not talk, but for a group of people it is not ideal.

The staff were so miserable, I dont think I saw a smile all the length of our stay!

We saw a mouse in our bathroom but when we rang reception to let them know they didn't bother sending anyone up for an hour, great customer care!!

Don't think I'd visit this hotel again until I'm at least 80 years old!!!

This hotel is supposed to be 4 star it's nowhere near a 2 star.

Hi this hotel is graded a 4 star but its no were near a 2 star never mind a 4 star. The hotel itself was clean the rooms were ok, no fridge in room which is stated in brochure, but we didnt mind with it been winter we didnt need cold drinks.

The food was terrible one night there was chicken on it was disgusting it tasted off every one left it, I told the waiter and he just shrugged his shoulders not a good selection at all.

We just went to the snack bar for some thing to eat, most of the time we lived on toasties. Breakfast was ok we enjoyed that meal. Also there is only water on offer and red wine/white wine with your meal.

The A/I drinks really for a 4 star were non exisitent, one cocktail was available and it was the same one day in day out.

We have been to better 3 star hotels with more variety. The enteraintment team were great lots of activities through the day and entertainment on a night was ok, not great but kept you alive.

We wouldnt stay here again rather go 3 star and enjoy ourseleves.

We booked the hotel before reading the reviews here and were apprehensive to say the least as it was our honeymoon. However we were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel was spotless - rooms were a good size with maid service, clean towels every day if you requested it (when the "Do Not Disturb" sign wasn't on the door!!!) Reception and bar areas were clean and staff quick to tidy up any mess.

The food was excellent. Compliments to the chef whose roasts were done to perfection with a different one every day. The ususal choice of chips or potatoes were fine however the veg, although well cooked could have been warmer. Breakfasts were excellent with a choice of cereal (Spanish brands), English fry-up, contenental foods and fruit. Snacks were a little repetetive but not offensive in any way. Do take your own teabags though and don't be afraid to ask to use the microwave if you prefer your food a little hotter. If you're going out for the day you can order a packed lunch - don't bother unless you like Spanish biscuits and pastries - you're better off visiting the huge supermarket 2 roundabouts along the road.

The hotel is in an ideal location. It is off the resort front, away from the noise, but only 5 minutes walk. It is also situated just off a busy main road, 2 mins from motorway so excellent if you want to explore.

The staff were mostly mature and experienced. They were polite, friendly and efficient despite being overworked!!! (not enough of them)

The entertainment team are very enthusiastic but don't quite hit the mark. They organise the usual poolside games during the day, with quizzes and bingo at night (bingo prizes are good money - about 150 euros for a full house!!) They also have the standard Spanish artists like flamenco dancers.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at the Palma Nova Palace and didn't meet anyone who dissed the hotel whilst we were there. We would definitely visit again and would recommend it to anyone.
