jo & Dave visited here on September 2009
The beach was a five minute walk away and was very clean and the resort in general was good, although prices of food and drink was high because of the euro. We would definately go back to the resort again and the hotel because we enjoyed it. A special thanks to max and dean who were the entertainers and made the holiday good for us.

Totally love palma nova and Magalluf, been 3 years running now and will definately return again next year!!! Try Katies on the beach front for a nice steak, or the chinese restaurant on the main road (near banana joes) for a lush banquet 8 euro 95 for 4 courses.....so nice we went twice!! Prince Harry kebab shop worth a mention too, even for the comedy value of the two blokes who work there!!

palma nova is clean and people so friendly , lots little gift shops to look in as well as designer shops . if you fancy mug of tetley tea or nescafe coffee for 1 euro go to the hideout cafe its opposite mcdonalds in the small shopping complex fun by english chap ian and his wife, highly reccommend it the foods fab and cheap prices too catamaran to palma or jump on bus well worth the visit and theres the cathedral in palma too and the pirate show is a must in majorca . the beach in palma nova is really nice but sun beds are 12 euros a day . sand sculptures also are in great detail

Palma nova is spotless clean but unfortunately the same cant be said for Magaluf, but having said that \"it is the young british\" that leave the mess.Thats why we wont stay there,
Resort entertainment, well we only go to big shows like Pirates and Sonamar both worth every penny,
Daytime we have traveled all over the world and apart from Florida you cant beat Majorca,
My OH took the kids, go carting twice, parasailing, banana boat ride and the Sea Runners speed boat rides, very fast if your an adrenalin junkie,
We all went to Fantasia golf, Palma shopping, both water parks they are very different, Marine land is a good day out for younger kids, our\'s didn\'t want to go this year 13 and 14yrs,

Enjoy your holiday

Been to Palmanova/Magaluuf a few times and found it very clean with plenty going on around, loads of lovely places to eat- spoiled for choice. Best restuarant ever for us is Everest on hill on the way to Torrenova, next to Florida aptmts, family run excellent food, plenty of it and great price, always busy cant wait to go back to taste their peppered steak

Palmanova is very nice and clean. The resort is very flat with a lovely promenade to walk down,( about a mile in length). It is ideal for people with mobility problems or are in a wheelchair.
Resort entertainment consists of the usual karoke , singers, flamenco dancers, however the hotel entertainment was so good we never really went out at night.
If you wanted a lively night out you can go into Magluf which is about half a mile away.
The beach is very clean, it is cleaned each morning.
I will be going back tp Palmanova, hopefully next year.

Palma Nova is a very clean and friendly resort with plenty of bars and resturaunts, and the beach is superb especialy for children.
the water is calm and clear, and the sand is always clean
to hire 2 sun beds and a parasol costs 10.5 euro\'s per day.
price\'s have increased about 15% since last year and all tobacco has risen 10% except rolling that has doubled in price, however with careful shopping around it need not cost much more than last year.

The cleanliness of the resort was second to none, every morning from about 6.30 onwards there were loads of street cleaners around so that by the time you left your hotel the place was spotless. Beach was beautiful, there was a slight drop when you went in the sea which was a bit of a shock to the kids when they first went in!! Altogether this is a wonderful resort and I would definateley go back.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is a perfect white sanded beach. Lots of shop and bars nearby. Definately recommend the Kompas bar, next to its own Spar shop about 10 mins from hotel as brilliant staff and great offers on drinks.

i have been to palma nova many times and it has a lovely beach. the credit crunch has hit hard and it is now very quiet and prices have had to go up accordingly. a coke at cappoccinis on the front cost 3euros. the voronova is too far away from the frontand there is not a lot round about the hotel to enjoy the walk to the sea-front. i would go back to palma nova but in a much better hotel and not the voronova.

Best resort we have stayed in so far in the 3 times we have visited Majorca. Others being Magaluf and Cala Vinyas.

Please please make sure you visit Miguel and Cheryl\'s bar - near Sol Cala Blanca hotel. We had some fantastic nights there watching football and drinking good old cappuccinos and tea. Very busy each and every night. Also visit the Defin Playa restaurant/bar just outside the beach road entrance to the Delfin Playa hotel.

this hotel is situated half a mile from magaluff, but it is far superior in cleanliness . all the little bars nearby were clean and not rowdy at night. however bear in mind we went in april just before the season starts but everywhere was open.right outside you can get a local bus , three per hour into palma, about 45 minutes. you need to go into palma to experiance attractions like the tram into soller or main department stores. there are plenty of walks on the excellent and clean promanade right round the bay. there is a pharmacy and two spar shops across the street from the hotel. the waters are crystal clear and the beaches are combed every ...
morning to ensure cleanliness. you will have no complaints about the local areas i can assure you. enjoy!
