First off we LOVED this hotel. Having just read some of the previous reviews all I can say is that some people would find faults anywhere they went! The hotel is advertised as a Family hotel so of course there will be kids there!!
We returned yesterday from Sun City and wish we were still there. Our room was nice, clean, double bed, fridge and a lovely bathroom.

BEWARE of the paper-thin walls though, our neighbour came to our door to complain we were "talking too loud", as I said some people will moan about anything!! Sheets, towels and the toilet paper bin were changed/ cleaned daily. The communal areas are constantly being cleared of glasses, plates etc so staff are working hard to keep it clean.

Hotel food was good, breakfast could've had more selection but we always came away with a full tum! Lunch and dinner there's a huge salad selection and a few meat dishes, potatoes, bread etc. Our food as always hot and cooked so no complaints there. Drinks were reasonable, Tubourg beer is alright - kept my bloke happy enough anyway!

Hotel staff are all lovely. We saw some guests treat them badly and then moaned when they received bad service. Waiters keep the dinner tables nice and clean although can sometimes be over-eager to take your plates. Bar staff are good for a laugh. "entertainment" team tried hard but was not really my sort of thing. Hotel manager seemed a grumpy sort though (man in blue shirt, moustache and sat in reception) he made some quip about First Choice guests to us, impliying he hoped we weren't with First Choice and our Thomas Cook rep had to sort him out in Turkish! Don't know what his problem was with them??

We went to the private beach once but it's a TINY strip of sand with abou 1000 sunloungers crammed together, so we went back to the main beach after 2 hours. It's probably more suited to kids though as it's nice and shallow.

We would definately return to this hotel.

Just arrived back from Sun City after a two week holiday - what a fantastic time was had by all.

The hotel was very clean, we occasionally had to ask for new towels and they took a while to be bought to our room but overall everything was fine. The gardens are gorgeous and all drinking and eating areas are cleaned. Always had the staff walking around the pool collecting glasses too.

The food was great in the first week but it did get very repetitive in the second week so we decided on the last 3 days to treat ourselves and eat out, which was no problem at all as it is really cheap and nice to see a bit more of the resort.

Location of the hotel is spot on 5 minutes walk from the main shops, bars, restaurants and beach, walked everywhere and felt very safe. Me and my friend are only 22 and both female we felt extremely safe walking back early hours in the morning after being out dancing.

Hotel staff are really friendly, very funny and always working hard. I have read some reviews and I do agree it sometimes is laid back - but when you are on holiday there is no rush and people do tend to take more time over things.

We particularly thought the entertainment was excellent, they work from 10 in the morning to 12.30 at night with only a short break in between throughout the day to get showered and changed. They try to get everyone involved form 5 yr olds to 65 yr olds whether it be water polo, darts, dancing or pool games. They are all really enthusiastic and a lot of fun, we spent a lot of our holiday with them, Erkan, Taner, Kootay, Mustafa, Marina and Enya and it would not have been the same without them.

Are we going back - yes of course we are - We met some fabulous people from Bristol, Rotherham, South West, Birmingham and London and we are back in September for a bit of a reunion.

See you in 10 weeks!

The rooms were dark and dingy located in the basement looking out on to brickwalls.

It took a week for a leak in our bathroom to be fixed and we were still waiting for chairs for our terrace and a plug for our sink when we left.

If you drink shorts make sure you ask for your coke or lemonade seperate because we had to complain about watered down drinks. Plenty of food for the vegetarians in our group but the children did not have a very good choice.

The location of the hotel was great near to shops and beach allso a regular bus to the lagoon which was lovely.

The entertainment staff did a great job pleanty of variety for all ages. And the staff in the restaraunt were friendly and efficient, the bar staff could have smiled a bit more.

We all had agreat time but wont be back.

Hotel was fantastic, we were a bit worried about the hotel as it was our first time all inc but as soon as we started using the facilites eg food, drinks, no problem at all.

Room was as we asked for and was cleaned every day. Air con a must as well. The choice of food was good but after a week it got a bit repetitive and we ate a couple of times. As a change would recommend Captain Hooks restaurant for a cracking fish meal.

The hotel location was good only a two minute walk into town. All the staff was friendly always saying hello or smiling. No problem with bar staff always willing to serve and having a laugh. Mad Freddy, Ali just to name a few Erkan, Taner, Mustafa, Anya, Marina the five star entertainment crew always putting a smile on your face every day. They encouraged you to take part in the days activites but didn't pressure you if you said no. Early morning gym darts (which I won once and my mate as much as he tried didn't. Big frank, the German, was the man for darts). Different poolside games, water polo, water aerobics which was a laugh also the kids were well looked after in the park and club and plenty of night time shows kids disco, bingo and raffles.

It's got to be one of the best places I've been to get on with folks English, Welsh, Scottish, German, Austrian. One guy was unlucky. Threw his daughter in the pool and banged her head on bottom. Swam to the other side and then banged his head on pool side - big cut 5 stitches. Went to swat a mossie in room jumped up and went through bed. Sitting having a beer when felt something on his head and it was bird droppings but still, at least we all had a laugh about it. Good laugh with folks from Bristol, Rotherham, Walsall, Gillingham, Swansea.

Yes we will be going back in the future.

What can say! I was a bit apprehensive about visiting Turkey, but am really glad we did.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and polite, the food was a little repetitive, but ok - not one of us suffered from 'Turkish Tum' and the whole experience was great.

The bar staff were friendly and kept the beer coming (once you had managed to get their attention) and the entertainment staff did a fantastic job with daily games and night-time entertainment.

There were a few dodgy judges for Mr. Sun City though....particularly Andrea! A big hello to Mr. Sun City and Andy from West Brom (diamond geezers), Nigel, Nicky, Paul, Darren, Caroline and everybody else who made our holiday even better (sorry If I can't remember all your names). My mate Lee has now made a full recovery from his near fatal blow to the head and luckily the return trip home was without incident.

We would definitely go back again.

We have just returned from Suncity and will definatley be going back.

From the time we arrived to when we left we were very impressed by the politness of the staff, their willingness to help and the incredible amout of hard work and long hours they put in, whilst still managing a smile.

The entertainment team were great, obiviously they tried to get everyone involved but were friendly and not at all pushy.

I have read a few reports that say that the food is repetetive and another saying that you can't get a "full English".

I must say that we didn't find the food repetetive, although we did make a point of trying just about all of the many dishes and salads, not to mention the incredible pud's, on offer. OK you can't get a "full English" but there's more then enough cereals, eggs, toast, fruit e.t.c to ensure that you don't go hungry.

The room was comfortable, clean and everything worked. The cleaners were very friendly and efficient with some nice touches to brigthen your stay (towels folded into heart shapes and covered in petals etc).

One piece of advise I will give is to book your excursions in resort (not with the rep) we found a really nice bloke called "Chusty" (just behind the stone ruin on the main drag to the beach) who saved us a mint on exactly the same tours that the rep's are selling.

Hope you enjoy Suncity and Olu Deniz as much as we did.

All in all a great hotel and a fantastic holiday.

I have just returned from 2 weeks at the Club Sun City and agree with most of Icmeler girls comments. I found the beds comfortable as I have a back problem. If you request a double bed they will make the 2 single beds up as a double.

The air conditioning was not working when we were there and it was most uncomfortable as it was up to 42 degrees some days. The tennis courts were finished but I didn

Just from the Club Sun City.

The hotels is in a beautiful setting and close to all local amenities.

Our family room was large and spacious.

The food and food presentation at this hotel is first class. Although you won't find your English cooked breakfast here. There are however, plenty of other alternatives. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late supper are served in the main restaurant and there are snacks available from the snack bar from 12 to 5. Items available, burgers, hot dogs, chips, pizza, pasta and incream. The quality of the drinks both alcholic and soft are good, although the young bar staff seem to be very selective about when they serve you. 5 bar perons, 1 serving, 1 cleaning and 3 at the back with their feet up.

My main observation is there are plenty of staff in this complex, but they only work at 50% of what we work at home, very laidback.

As we are now into the school half term, yes the unsupervised army of youngsters arrived on mass, thankful near the end of our holiday. This hotel was fully booked for the majority of our stay which I understand from some repeat guests was not the case in previous years.

Lastly, sunbeds, no there are not enough another 150 might help. Also there is not enough shade i.e. loads more parosols are needed, main season will be unbearably hot. Yes I told our rep that they needed to get more shades/sunbeds brought in and I'm sure plenty of others also complained. So if the holiday companies haven't sorted this by the main summer then they should be taken to task.

But I must say I had a really enjoyable relaxing holiday, don't forget there are sunbeds at the beach and the lagoon as well!! Beach charges 3YTL per shade/sunbed.

Have a good one! Bye
