I have just been looking to book my 2010 holiday and found the holiday I want and Balkan quoted total price as £1,694 inc free child place and £137 web discount. When you click to the next page it then quotes the price as £2,043 a difference of £349. I called them to find out why such a difference and was totally fobbed off. First I was told this was Adult per person price, rubbish or the total would be nearly £4,000, then I was told £1694 was without all the supplements, total price should mean total price, then I was told that they could find no record of the price I quoted - absolute rubbish it's there in black and white.

Has anyone else had similar problems?
