I agree with iaintwoeyes that is a lovely time of the day.
What I also love is that time doesn't matter, you get up and have breakfast because you wake up and feel hungry not because you've looked at the clock and realised it's morning.
We eat lunch because we're hungry and fancy a beer not because we've looked at the clock and realised it's lunchtime.
We have a beer and watch the end of the day because the sun is going down not because we've looked at our watch and realised it's 5.30 - 6.00pm.
We leave the beach and go back to the hotel for a shower and to go out for dinner because it's dark not because we looked at our watch and saw it was 7 o'clock. Some of the best nights are when we don't leave the beach at all we just stay at the shack and eat our evening meal there and then after a long tiring day

we go back to the hotel for a nightcap and bed - not because we looked at our watch and saw it was getting late but because we are tired.
That's Goa for me - time doesn't really matter do as you please when you please - relax and chill - the one time of the year you can hide your watch away and forget all about what time it is !!
