Hi tazzman ... there are lots of lovely cake shops around the resort but when this sort of enquiry has arisen before, most folk tend to recommend the indoor market close to the SolPelicanos.

They have some lovely cakes at the consum supermarket just past the pueblo.I once got one for my mum from the indoor market and it had a very strong taste of sherry!
