during my tenure on the high street, I used Classic collection for my more discerning clients on more than one occasion. They are a superb company. Administration spot on, customer service excellant, more than happy to recommend them. Their attitude makes the 'big boys' look poor. However you do pay for it (perhaps there is a moral there) they are not the cheapest, but if you are looking for a very competent, professional operator and do not mind paying, Classic Collection are hard to beat.
P.S I do not work for them, I just happen to think they are very good.
