Hi Wilson, i am planning on contacting club turquoise 2 - 3 weeks before our departure to ask for a pool view and a nice balcony on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Should i just use the email contact form on their website? Allthough the website doesnt look to have been updated in a while (still advertises airtours).
Also, would you know which rooms meet my requests so i could ask by number??

Recently heard that Club Turquoise are offering upgrades to half board at very reasonable prices. Friend of mine not long back from his first visit there and it was the food that impressed him the most.

That sounds interesting wilson, wonder what the cost is....
When i booked back in january thomson gave us a free breakfast upgrade, i wander what that consists of, bread and jam more likely than a full english lol

From what I'm told it was 230 YTL for aweek. Depending on the exchange rate this is around £85 which is good value. You don't get tea or coffee but you can have anything off the breakfast menu (full English etc)

Seen a review with some pics on one of the 'other sites' from a family who had no fridge, cooker rings, kettle or any untensals. All they had was a toaster, thomson wouldnt help and they say club turquoise said it was because they were full!!! They ended up paying again for new accomadation elsware
Must admit it has worried me a little...

Forgot about my countdown...been back home 4 days,as i`ve been to the same place so many times i`ll not bore you with a report
Hi gunny, yes it was TA but they backed up there review with pictures of a gap in the kitchen with no fridge and some electrical wires showing...must admit it all seems a little far fetched, take a look at let me know what you think...
