It will be too busy to fish at Sa Coma beach however, you can walk into Si'llot. There is a storm drain that has filled up and is blocked off from the sea and has become an inland lake with a bridge over it. I have seen people fishing here many times and catching some quite large fish which look like Mullet. One tip for him however. I tried my hand a few years and wasn't getting a bite whilst round me the locals were pulling in a few. One of the guys told me that it was because I had residue of sun cream on my hands and had transferred it to the bait. Tell him to take a damp cloth to wipe his hands on before handling his bait. Have a great time!!
