By taxi you would be there in approx 20 minutes and i'd expect it to cost around the 20 euro mark.

Of course if you're just thinking of going for the nightlife then Rhodes Town would be just as good (better in my opinion). That would be a 5-10 minute journey and would be less than 10 euros in a taxi, you could even jump on one of the cheap and frequent buses.
