According to viamichelin it is 1 hour 1 minute from San Javier airport to La Manga del Mar Menor
If you mean Murcia (San Javier) airport, then the drive will take no longer than 40 minutes; that could drop down to 20 minutes dependent on what part of the La Manga peninsular you want to get to.
