Hi, hoping someone can help me. I have booked with otb for our summer holiday to RHODES. Thomson flights and then a hotel. Trouble is, the hotel itself has been getting a battering on the reviews and am considering changing my hotel. By the looks of it there is an 80.00 admin charge just to request the change. Do not wish to cancel flights, just looking into different hotel. Can anyone advise of what charges I could expect to be facing? 2 adults and 2 children travelling, cannot make head not tail of t and c's regarding ammendment. have used otb for many years, never had a problem or had to request any changes, fingers crossed I still won't have no issues. Please advise, thanks. Booked 13 -27 august 2014, thomson flights have been paid off in full.
