is it still busy, everywhere still open? Thinking ahead for next years holiday, will have 3 kids with us.
Thanks in advance.
Anyone
ok as no replies lets look at it this way.. Pafos is an all year resort [although from the end of october to the beginning of may some places will be closed] , depending on where you are thinking of going [agents sell the whole of the Pafos district as Pafos but that covers most of the south western corner of the island] the main town of Pafos will still have many bars and restaurants open, [there is not a real beach in Pafos town, most of that area is large shingle [but some of the more expensive hotels/resorts have imported sand] Depending on the children's ages and what you want to do you may find the Pernera district [Protaras/Pernera/Agia Nappa] a better bet with sheltered bays many of natural sand and even at the end of the season [october] many bars and restaurants still open..
so give us a clue as to what you are looking for so members can advise

I have stayed in the Louis King Jason in 2005 and the Mayfair in 2007, so will probably be looking to the Tomb Of The Kings area maybe even Peyia,Coral Bay. As long as its still quite busy and decent weather i'll be happy.
It will still be open..... it isn't a place that closes completely like Menorca, Ibiza, Corfu etc. The bars and hotels start to wind down mid to end November or if they stay open for Christmas, they may close for a few weeks in early January.
However, the weather for the last two October half term holidays have been quite appalling for some peculiar reason. They've been overcast and wet, which is most unusual.
My parents come usually in the first 10 days of November and stay for 4wks. They've always had fantastic weather but the last 2 years we were crossing our fingers for the weather to pick up before they arrived when it got to the last week in October. Thankfully, the weather changed for their arrival but I know a lot of holidaymakers were disappointed in the school holidays....
