No, I am on holiday
I used to in my younger days. I remember pounding the streets in Marrakech in 1980 and Istanbul the following year and getting quite a few stares and remarks but I hung up my running shoes a number of years ago.
Most of my holidays are pretty active with a fair amount of walking and swimming with very little lazing around so that takes care of any exercise needs.

I don't hit the gym, not possible - but I do walk a lot more, and swim every day so yes
I walk a lot more on holiday than I do when at home, that's about it.

Me too - we walk for miles, I love walking next to the sea - can't do hills anymore though.

OH will often get up really early and go for a run. He will also use a gym if we are in a hotel which has one. I can't think of anything worse to do on holiday frankly
I tend to do lots of power walks on the beach mainly from the sea to the bar )))
ah yes- power walks along the hot sand with nothing on your feet. Lots of people do this
Another one that walks more and swims so more active on holiday than at home.
I swim every day ......usually to the swim up bar
I do find that I eat a lot healthier on holiday , perhaps because of more set meal times , I like yoghurt and fruit for breakfast and sitting down for a lunchtime meal means I eat less for my evening meal , a normal work day I usually skip breakfast , have a quick lunchtime snack and evening meal to fill up because I feel hungry after a days work ( I know that's all wrong , but that's how it is in reality )
I only really drink alcohol on holiday , which probably offsets the healthier eating , but I find alcohol makes me relax .
Holiday for me is to relax , recuperate , catch up on sleep , have a massage , perhaps a facial , to go back to work fully refreshed , looking and feeling good , after a week at work .... I'm back to being a wreck !!
