We're going to Arricefe on Thursday from Manchester Airport with Thomas cook. Our tickets say our flight is 8.00am but Manchester Airport say the only scheduled flights with Thomas cook on thursdays are at 7.15am and 8.45am. Is our flight more likely to be the quarter to 9 flight? We have transport booked to get us there early, but don't want to be waiting around for hours without check-in open!

Hi jadeyrawrr ... if there is more than one flight operating that route on the day as you suggest, then it may help the aviation experts to clarify things for you if you could supply your flight numbers.

hey im flying back to manchester on the 26th march from las palmas on flight TCX175... can anyone tell me what aircraft is operating that flight?? thanks in advance...
I called into Thomson today to ask if they would allow any extra allowance for me to take items for the Red Cross.
They called Thomas Cook airlines as we are on a TC flight and they have allowed me and my husband 10kgs extra!
This can be combined but has to be in a separate case/bag.
I suppose this is so we cant cheat and use the extra allowance for our own use.
I think is a really nice gesture.

i ask this because, we booked seats 9 d e f on both legs of our trip, which orignaly showed that they were right behind the bulkhead!
giving us extra space.
it now shows there is an other row of seats in front of us. whats going on? we booked the seats early so our children had more space.
the configuration of the plane has total changed. so which plane has it changed to?
i have a feeling its an ex my travel, can anyone confirm this?

We're looking to fly to Sanford in July/August, on a weekend (yes, we're gluttons for punishment), from LGW or MAN. So far virtually all the flights I've clicked on are 29" seat pitch and no seat back entertainment - can you tell me if there are any flights with a more comfortable seat pitch?

just wondering what aircraft it will be as we travelled with tcx to hurghada last christmas on a 757/200 and a 6 hour flight was very uncomfortable.

I go a lot sooner than you - I just got my tickets today.
It's the same flight number though - and the ticket specifies it's a 767 - 326 seat version.
So checking the excellent info provided on HT about aircraft - I conclude it's going to be only 29 inch legroom.
IE - the same as the 757 planes from Thomas Cook.
So - 7 hours in a sardine can to look forward to I'm afraid.

ex MYT plane yes,
although it could easily change on the day.......4 x ex MYT planes, 3 x original TCX planes......pot luck

Flying to Cancun from Manchester at the beginning of May - does anybody know what type of plane they use. Will it have the extra pitch on seats or would it be worth booking extra leg room.
