We have gone to Icmeler for the last few years in October and apart from a heavy shower 2 years ago the weather has been great.
Its still warm enough to sunbathe and some folk need a cardigan at night depending on where you live in the UK!
The resort is lovely and our favourite out of the 12 other resorts we have been to.
It is set on a beautiful scenic bay and has an old village so plenty of choice of hotels or apartments.
There are loads of great restaurants with gorgeous food at very reasonable prices.
The place starts to wind down towards the middle of the month but its a lovely time to visit.
Theres plenty of bargains to be had in the shops as they start to close for the winter.

you will also find that the further south of turkey you go the longer it stays warm. we stayed at alanya one year in nov and it was still warm.

Been to Ovacik many times in October half term, very warm in day time (we've seen 30°) but gets cold on a night. Jeans and a fleece needed.
