I cant decide which month to suggest my Mum comes over to stay next season!! so come on all you Goa lovers (many of whom visit twice a season or come regularly each year) apart from Christmas & the New Year weeks,

Personally I like January and Februar the very best Chilly 
The weather has settled down and is beautiful during the day but a little bit cooler in the evening.
I think the weather can be very unsettled around November time and can be a hit or a miss some days. March and April can be very humid both day and night.

It's got to be any time after December.
Xmas & New Year it's too noisy and there are too many daft Indians flying around on bikes or in jeeps.
Also - if your sitting on the back of a bike or in the back of a jeep, it can be quite cold in the evenings during December.

our fav time has to be August...monsoon time...its fantastic.
Everywhere is so green and lush....flowers in bloom...the dogs and cows are lovely and clean...
But the best thing is no Russian Tourists...(not many English either
)
We have been 3 times in monsoon....would recommend it to everyone..

I know what you mean as we are here part of monsoon too, but i get bored with it after a bit... and i dont think my family would be too impressed coming on hols .. they want the (tourist) restaurants, music, shacks, and all that goes with the 'tourist' season...and deffo no rain I know it doesnt rain all the time but it can!!

January for us too,relax and unwind after the hassle of Christmas(I love it really).

March but for totally selfish reasons....it's our birthdays and anniversary and where else can you push the boat out for the prices.
Have been at the end of March /beginning of April - a bit too humid for me although OH coped okay, also been in November and like the manageable evening temperatures, the occasional shower and seeing everything looking a bit greener.
