hotel was nice and clean rooms a bit small for 3 people but you dont go on holiday to stay in your room so it did its job
food not up to much as the hotel is small there is not much choice on the bufffet for dinner breakfast also a dissapointment but ok if you like toast and jam
location good about 5 mins from the centre which is all up hill
hotel staff all ok they could just get by with there english the man who ran the poolside bar called miro
was great and kept the children entertained all day long
there is one bulgarian evening on a sunday night which was ok but dont break your back to go its was not that good
overall the hotel was fine as i said above the food could have been better but you have to make the best of what you get we would go again but we would use the hotel as a base point rather than plan our day around the hotel
also transfer from borgas airport a nightmare one hour and 40 mins max

When we arrived the hotel had only been open a couple of weeks and was therefore very new and clean. It is a lovely hotel but rather on the small size.

Our room had an extra childs bed and even without that the rooms were small and so with it there was no space at all! Not that you spend alot of time in your room but it all adds to the enjoyment.

The pool area again is very nice and new but so small and there is only a few inches gap between the end of the sunbeds and the deep end of the pool which is not ideal if you have children walking around the edge. Also, there are not enough sunbeds to cater for all the guests which lead to towels being put on beds early in the morning (like the Germans!) which was like a competition and isn't very nice. On a couple of occasions we had to go to the beach instead as there wasn't space round the pool.

The food was more expensive in the hotel than in the local town because i suppose you pay for the convienience but we didnt have much look with the food in any place we went to. We tended to live on salads and omlettes and this is the only holiday where ive actually lost weight!

Many of the staff could not speak any English but I suppose this is to be expected with tourism being a relativly new concept over there, I am sure things will improve over time.

The hotel was spotless. We were fortunate to have one of our rooms on the ground floor overlooking the pool, this being perfect for my husband who doesn't sit in the sun.

He could sit in the balcony and enjoy watching the rest of us. Our evening meal was not always warm. We had to buy our granddaughter's evening meal as she didn't like what was being served and her meal was always piping hot, as was anything we bought a lunch time.

The hotel was well situated for the beach and for any shops.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was no entertainment there were plenty of hotels round about you could visit.

The hotel was spotless, couldn't fault it really apart from location and lack of stuff to do. Food in hotel in my opinion gross, we ordered chicken fillet for our son it came with cheese ham and gherkin in the middle how disgusting. Staff don't speak English also a problem. Pool rather small and not enough beds, but for what we pay'd don't suppose we could grumble.
