Hotel was very clean. Always found something that you liked at the buffets either hotel or villas. Ice cream is delightful. The staff is fantastic thoughout the hotel--disco etc. Norge, Gilberto, Jordi & Mike. Entertainment delightful. Once you meet them they don't forget you.

Reception staff are unhelpful. Was allocated room 108, in the semi-basement, which was dark and smelled very damp. Bathroom flooded through ceiling light 3 times before they deigned to move me. The cockroaches in the room were some of the biggest I have seen in the Caribbean. Rooms on a higher level are better and those in the villas are best. The entertainment is repeated every week so can be boring if you stay for two. Food is edible but very much the same each day. Didn't see any food shops while we were there! Entertainment and restaurant staff are friendly but all tout for tips. The Hotel is overrated, shouldn't be more than a 3*. Diving is 'ScubaCuba' and not PADI so wasn't convinced it was safe. Catamaranning was exceptionally good.

Located almost in the countyside, We found staff very unhelpful when we need their support most bar staff and restaurant staff were nice, food good. Beware out of 7 english credit cards only 2 were accepted anywhere. Rooms were shoddy and worn the whold hotel needs an upgrade. Nice beach Most certainly 3 star!

Brisas Guadalavaca, Cuba. The rooms at this hotel were
basic, but very clean, although the rooms near to the pool area could be noisy. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Not much for people who want entertainment, but a relaxing holiday for families with
children and older couples. Good water sports facilities, but day trips(with tour company) were expensive. Probably only a 3star hotel, but remember
this is in Cuba - not the luxury end of the caribbean!
Plenty of food available but the same choice most days.

The rooms in the hotel were basic but clean. Air conditioning was provided in the rooms and they were cleaned everyday without fail.
Staff were friendly and polite and very helpful.
Food was nothing special but you could always find something you liked.
The grounds of the hotel were absolutely fantastic - you couldn't ask for a more beautiful location.
Wonderful place - would love to go again!

I found the Villa section of the hotel quite nice.
The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good view of the beach.
The outer decor of the resort was beautiful, with many secluded quiet relaxing areas.
The food was repetitive and bland, but the all inclusive beverages made up for any inadequacies in the food.
I found the hotel staff to be prompt, friendly, humourous and helpful.
The entertainment was OK, and I would be Ok if I never heard Guan tan a meya ever again.
We went on a wedding party and the service was beautiful, and the staff payed attention to every detail, and were quite organized.
Overall, I enjoyed it and the quiet setting and found the closeness of other resorts convenient for social interaction.
