We have never stayed all-inclusive or traveled to the Caribbean before so have no previous experiences to compare, however taking into account that the cost of the holiday was very reasonable we thought it was good value for money. The first choice rep was very plesant and not too pushy. The rooms were comfortable and clean with bedding and towels changed daily. We had the use of a fridge and paid a small charge to use a safe in the room. You were given a ticket which you could change for clean beach towels each day. The dining room was a decent size and although busy we always managed to get seated if there was a busy spell we were happy to wait a short while and the queue for food soon went - after all we were on holiday no rush for anything! the food was served buffet style and we thought plenty of choices. Breakfast consisted of Fresh fruits, juice, sometimes yogurt, toast, bread, some cereal (looked like sugary type gave it a miss) several items on the hot plate, cheese, cold meats and at the grill you could have eggs freshly cooked however you liked the omelette with choice of fillings seemed very popular and tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lunch was served again with the usual salads again several choices from the hot plate and your own choice of pasta cooked on the grill, always fresh fruit to follow. Evening meal had a few more choices and the hot plate offered something different freshly grilled each night. There were deserts you helped yourself to from a fridge but we didnt bother so I cant comment on those. We are not fussy eaters but i think you would have to be really very fussy if you couldnt find some choices to your taste. The staff were constantly clearing away tables. At the beach hut the only snack that was offered when we were there was ham and cheese toastie so a couple of beach days we ventured to a hut very nearby run by an english couple and had a light lunch just for a change which cost very little. We also ate out a few evenings because we wanted a change. The big down side to the hotel is that on an evening after dinner the only place you can get a drink is the pool bar and there are no seats at all so you sit on a sun bed a wall or you stand! this problem could easily be addressed but maybe it is in the hotels interest to have no seats. The bar closed at 11pm but it closed earlier if it could. so if you are a late night reveller this hotel may not be for you. We are not into hotel entertainment but i have marked it well because the team did put a lot of effort in without pestering you. The pool area was always kept clean there was however a bit of sun-bed hogging going on. We were overall impressed for the price of our holiday.
