A high standard of accommodation with excellent facilities and a fabulous location. The hotel forms part of a complex with its neighbouring sister hotel, the Corfu Chandris, and guests may use the facilities of both. For those wishing to visit the shops.

We stayed in the chandris hotel dassia for 2 weeks and i loved it, the entertainment staff are friendly and the entertainment is fun and every one can join in( no matter what age). I really would love to come to this resort again the rooms were tidy, the weather was great, the sea view rooms are amazing and the pool is spacious and clean and the water arobics in the morning is a good form of excercise.
Silvia and louis are proberly my best staff, sylvia because she is a great entertainer and is really kind and louis because well if you go there you will see he is kind and the most cutest person i have ever seen
(arh im in love)

The Hotel made my holiday the most amazing experience of my life so far. The food in the hotel restaurant was better than I ever expected and there is such a huge selection and the quality was superb, you hear everyone saying how they are going to go back home a few pounds heavier. The hotel is in a great location on a large road leading off of the main dual carrigeway in corfu. The road is lined with tavernas, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The entertainment during the day is good and there is a wide variety of things to do, but by night the entertainment isn't anything special and they seem to think all english people play bingo so have a game everyday. I evded up spending most of my nights over the road in the Viva Bar with my friends till the early hours of the morning. The drink prices in the hotel bars are sky high and therefore most people decide to drink elsewhere.
If you wound like a more party like atmosphere then Ipsos is just down the road and contains quite a few night clubs.
The hotel staff and entertainers are so friendly and they all speak amazing english which is so helpfull.
The rooms in the hotel aren't the most luxurious places you've seen but who wastes there holiday in there hotel room.

The Dassia Chandris hotel is well situated for a beach holiday. It has its own park with beautiful lawns and various vegetation. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms comfortable (the best is to go for the basement floor rooms as they are practically in the garden and some 20 to 40 meters from the sea). The hotel has all necessary facilities, shops, pool and beach bars, a cinema, swimming pools for adults and for children, a fantastic restaurant terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The food is really great, tasty and large in variety, and the staff very helpful. The entertainment is not exceptional but OK if you want to stay in the hotel.
Outside at the back of the hotel, is a local road leading to the north of the island, and there are lots of bars, restaurants and small shops along this road, which are good to visit during the day, but not too hot for an evening out. Instead take a taxi or hire a car and go to Corfu town, where there is a lot to see and enjoy in the evenings.

If you are lucky enough to get a highfloor seaview room, and see the sunrise each morning, you will love this hotel. It's clean, civilized, and the food is excellent.

The drinks prices make your eyes bleed, take a second mortgage,or make good use of the daily happyhour for cocktails, and stock the fridge in your room from the supermarket across the road.

Don't put your watch close to your room key.The magnet stops the watch, and you arrive for dinner when they are closing the restuarant. But no problem-the manager sets you a special table on the restuarant balcony and still serves you.

The hotel grounds are spacious, and cool green grass in the blazing summer heat is great.
I cannot find a real criticism of this hotel or resort.
Go try it.I reckon it's great.

Booked 1 - 14/7/2002 with Eclipse Direct and flew with Air 2000 - both spot on as usual. The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The food was of good quality and hot. The pools were clean with a lifeguard on duty during the day but entertainment was poor. There are a small selection of bars in Dassia but nowhere very lively. The views from the room were of the Albanian coast and the gardens between the hotel and the beach were spacious and well maintained.

Fantastic hotelwith helpful staff. Our room was on fifth floor overlooking the sea with views of the Albanian coast.Good choice of food (one of us is vegetarian)-we ate on the dining room terrace which has wonderful views over the bay.The hotel is centrally located in Dassia with bars nearby and a convenient bus stop.We did not stay for the hotel entertainment preferring to visit the local bars and can recommend The Red Penguin on the road to Ipsos - the owner, Spiros made us very welcome. We hope to return to the Dassia Chandris before too long.
