we have recently returned from a wonderful holiday here. Tula is very friendly the owner and the rooms were basic but spotless. The pool was clean and there is a small bar at the side handy for drinks etc. we would stay there again. no good for older people with walking probs though as there are quite a few steps.

As a group of 5 20 somethings we enjoy relaxing during the day and having a few drinks at night!!
Paradise Apartments were great! loads of space in the apartment for 5 girls with loads of clothes!
Apartment split on 3 levels with 3 bedrooms 2 balconys kitchen area and bathroom.
The apartments are quite quiet and perfect for sunbathing.
Small supermarket just down the road (10min walk)
Walk into town is 30-40mins but sounds alot worse than it is! The town is gorgeous with a lovley little harbour and your spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants. You must visit Sorrento Bar.....the staff are hilarious and get all the drinkers up playing games having a laugh.
Tula (lady who owns the apartments) is lovely! and makes a mean toastie!
Overall I would definately recommend these apartments

The paradise Apartments are clean well maintained and have everything you require for a relaxing holiday.
They are set in beautiful gardens surrounded by grape vines, olive and lemmon trees cascading down to the pool and bar. Further on and across the road is Havania Beach and 45 minuet walk or short taxi ride away(we preferred the taxi) is the wonderful resort of Agios Nikolaos with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops with friendly and welcomming locals catering for all of our needs.
The friendliest and most welcomming pearson of all is Toula who owns and runs the apartments, who practically works 24/7 and is contantly saying 'it's no problem'plus she was very good at teaching me how to speak Greek,

These apartments are superior to many apartments in the area.
Swimming pool not suitable for very young children as the shallow part is 1 mtr deep.Only good swimmers as the remainder of the pool is 3mts deep.
Apartments cleaned 6 days a week,tula works wonders in the small taverna kitchen.
Nearest supermarket 500yds away only opens mid May. Next supermarket is outside the Mirabello Hotel.

These apartments were very clean and comfortable staff around were very friendly. Its a quiet area and about 45mins walk from the town centre. Bar on site very good also has a pool and served food also.A taxi ride into Ag Nik costs around 6 euros we walked into the centre and got a taxi back to the apartments. Its a quiet area nice for relaxing.

We always have a group holiday (minimum 9 adults - aged btwn 20 & 40) and found his to be one of the best places we stayed.
As far as I can remember there was no on-site entertainment but we spent all evenings out and around the nearby restaurants & pubs.
The location is lovely & peaceful and a good walk into town - we tended to walk into town but got the (very cheap) taxis back.
The staff were fantastic - well the staff we think basically consisted of Tula & her husband. Tula was there 24-7 providing drinks and food whenever it was needed - we did catch her asleep behind the bar one night but it was gone 2am and she was waiting up to see if we wanted anything!.
The apartments were clean & spacious. The only thing was that we did have a three bedroomed apartment but only two of the bdrms had doors - the third was on a split-level room which was kind of open-plan to the living area (which was very small for 6 adults) - but we spent time out on the balconys or by the pool so it didn't matter. .. would be fine for children though.
It was a great place to stay & if we go back to Ag.Nik I'm sure we will stay there again.
