We were offered a non annexe room which was supposed to be near the centre of everything and paid a £490 supplement for the privilege. However we were put in a room on the doorstep of the annexe, along with many of our neighbours who had paid no supplement at all. We checked with other families who paid £200 for a sea view & had a much better room than us.
The hotel wouldn't move us & said it was nothing to do with them and in returning & complaining to Thomson they say they will not refund this supplement as we agreed to pay it! So DO NOT pay extra for supplements at this hotel. You do not get what you are promised & have paid for.

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at the luca blue lagoon and had a fantastic time. We have travelled many times 2 allinc hotels claiming to be 5star and can honestley say this hotel is as near to it as i wd imagine you wd get in greece. On arrival we were taken by buggy to our room although wasnt that far from reception.The food was absolutley fantastic and my husband is extreamly fussy.The rooms were clean and modern. This is a resort and not just a hotel our children made many friends and were safe to move freely around without us having to follow thgeir every step.The entertainment is eiter a quiet drink at a couple of the bars or in the tent which is a massive enclosed separate air conditioned area which generally had guest entertainment every nte.The entertainment team were friendly and their is a number of nationalities at this hotel and can converse with everyone.If you go look out for Anya whose fitness and water areobics are fantastic. and the lovely mese who has time for everyone.My only complaint with hotel would be sunbeds but they have a policy that you can reserve beds by putting on towels but someone has to stay with them or they will be removed which is fair enough we thought.We had a great time and would definatley return.we found all staff from reception to animation and bar staff to be very helpful and polite.I forgot to say there is a fantastic spa her included for over 16s in your all inc and it is well worth the visit but dont leave it till the end of hol before you find it like we did.
