Hotel was spotlessly clean and very pretty, nice pools and freindly staff.
We had to change rooms from the front of the hotel as very noisy from bar and road but this was no problem as we were given a room at the back of the hotel 3 days later.
We were half board and the half board menu was absolutely terrible - 4 starter choices, 11 main courses and 3 desserts. The food was bland and repetitive. The worst half board menu we have ever encountered and needless to say we ate out half of the time we were there which was very expensive.
No entertainment at night time - very boring.

the hotel was spotless food was snack/evening meals very goodwhere hotel is you can walk quite a few places also you can get a bus any where staff are great great with the kids theres a few things going on at night me my wife two girls and my girls best freind loved it we have gone to the emerald now five times now and love it we will always go to the emerald its great

the hotel was spotless best hotel we have stayed in
all the food we ate there wast first class and freshly cooked
location could be better but the bus stop was near buses were cheap or if you enjoyed walking
all the staff were very friendly and very helpful
only had entertainment once a week
would go back anytime

the rooms were very clean.Staff very friendly, dominic the barman was great. there are now three pools and a new block of apartments.Food excellant as good as anywhere and not too expensive.A bit out in the sticks but easy to get a taxi or bus, Would definately stay again
