Excellent great for families.Staff and reps could not have looked after us better. Visit Alvor beautifull,And try local jeep safari great day out. Will definetly go back again.

We've just come back from Vitors Plaza and had a great time.
The apartments were a good size and very well equipped.
A bit isolated from the other resorts but cheap enough in a taxi to get to Alvor or Praia Da Roche which were both lively places for entertainment etc.
Vitors Plaza have a great entertainments team who do everything they can to make your stay a good one. There was even a kids club open at night where the kids could colour in, watch videos etc supervised by one of the entertainment team. If you are going with First Choice, the Kids Reps were excellent.

Vitors Plaza.. what a wonderful condo. The room/grounds and hallways were always clean and smelled fresh. With 2 elevators and stairs, there are no troubles accessing your room. Loved the fact you can light up the hallways temporarily at night. Lots of ample parking and different ways to get into your building. All rooms face the back of the pool. Don't rely on the small store on the grounds, it is pricey.
We had a wonderful corner unit on the upper level so we had no one above us and it offered us two balconies. We seen both the sunset and sunrise every day with a beautiful view of the Monchique Mountains and partial seaview. It's proximity to Portimao was excellent and it was pretty quick to get to the highway. We travelled in April, which is the low season for Portugal, so the entertainment was lacking. But that was ok for us as we are not party animals. The Condo is close to Praia da Rocha, but please, spend the extra money and rent a car. You will need it. Thank fully our package included one. Our only concern was the lack of clear and concise instructions on how to get to it, but once we figured it out (3 hours after a 9 hour flight!) it all worked out.
The complex is about 3 - 4 years old so it's still wonderfully new. Wonderful for families with young children as tehre is a pull out couch in the livingroom. We also had a very efficient heater which we rolled from the living room to the bedroom. It was more than enough to keep the rooms we were in warm. Lovely bath and shower with a bidet. We would go back at a moments notice :) Enjoy.. we are certainly contemplating going back in a couple of months. It is about 1 mile from the closest beach entrance but please consider renting a vehicle.

the apartment that we stayed in was very clean and the maids came round almost everyday to fully clean the apartment. the staff were very polite and friendly and they were always happy to help. the entertainment wasn't bad if you like kareoke and quizes.. the pool was kept clean and the overall complex was extremely tidy. me and my family enjoyed our stay and we would definatly go back again. the hotel also offers a mini bus service to all the other resorts at set times everyday which we found very usefull
