Block 2000 have views over the main swimming pool, which is really nice! Also, both A La Carte restaurants are well worth a visit, although the main restaurant has plenty of variety and high quality food also.

Playa Don Bossa can get very busy in the evening as it attracts young people, as there are alot of bars and has the famous night club Space here. The beaches are lovely and clean, sunbeds and brollies are very expensive. There are a few water sports on the beaches such as pedelos, bananna boats. Watch out for the men trying to sell you their sunglasses, CD etc, very friendly say no thanks and they will leave you a lone.

There is a sports area to the rear of the hotel with free mini golf ( for fiesta guests showing thier room/diner card book), tennis, 5 v 5 football, squash, play area etc.
Walking to the right there is Sace nightclub and the aquapark to the rear of Space, a pleasant walk down the road past bars, resaurants, shops, supermarkets, hotels etc. The path can get busy with groups of revelers and staff trying to get you into their bar/resaurant etc.
The beach is wonderful-as is most of the coastline of the island, the beds/parasols are around 6 euros each per day, so we baught lilos and a parasol for a similar amount and had them for two weeks!!
We caught the bus and visited Ibiza town, it stops outside the hotels entrance and cost only 1.4 euros for an adult. Go early as the busses get busy after 11am. It gets sticky away from the beach so take plenty of water and a fan.

All in all a wonderful holiday for Me, Mum, and girls.

This hotel is at one end of the resort but all bars and shops are a short walk away. the main resort about 20 mins approx.or alternatively there is a regular bus service or train. As Space night club is not too far away there are always alot of people in the resort lots of nice bars around we espcially liked Big Ben where they had Fake That and Westlive on, we also liked Murphies a truly Irish pub with an Irish band playing down stairs. the resort also has alot of shops for you to browse round. As the hotel is on the beach you don't have to walk far for some nice welcoming sea breeze, there are plenty of sun beds on the beach ranging from 6 euros to 15 euros. A great hotel for the whole family i'm sure we will be back there again soon.

Playa den Bossa has something for everyone really. Music, good food, great beach, water park, fairground etc. It's great for clubbers as Bora Bora is there and Space.
But would think it's quite easy to avoid the clubbers if you are a young family. This was my tenth time in Ibiza and Playa is still one of the best allrounders for me.

Playa den bossa is not our usual type of holiday resort as it seems more geared for the 18-30 crowd. The beach is very long and does have some nice parts but, also has parts that are covered in seaweed. There are plenty places doing buy 1 get 1 frees. My sons (20`s) would enjoy it more than we did.

The resort itself was not really properly open, being so early in the season and not very good weather,we tend to stay on the hotel complex so cannot give a true opinion of the resort,we do usually spend quite a lot of time on the beach,in previous years we've been very happy with the standard of the beach. This year the weather stopped us going there very often.

Playa den bossa is perfect for families, but also couples that arnt too fussy about being in the clubbing zone - although there are various bars/clubs here that are stil good fun! San Antonio and Eivissa Town are the places to be if you want the clubs - but Eivassa town is in walking ditance and there are regular busses to San Antonio - We hired a car for the whole week and it only cost us the equivalent of £140, so its well worth it!

The resort is dirty, smelly and generally like the run down areas you would try to avoid at home.

The shops are all the same tourist tat, we went by boat to Ibiza town, God; what a polluted dump!

The beach is grubby, full of seaweed in a six foot wide trail at the water edge before you reach remotely clear water. Oh and FULL of jellyfish, on the beach and in the water. I believe there are nets, but the local authority dont use them. And if that wasn't enough; How about counting condoms as they float by! Seriously. And you will be persecuted by bar staff on the beach trying to pull in customers.

The bars have poor service and high prices except the life bar, lovely people and good service.

Eating out, We spent nearly all our time at the union sol. Good food and drinks, reasonable prices and great staff, especially Lee who even got in birthday cakes from the local bakery for us. Far better than the rest of the grubby dives that call themselves cafe's or restaurants.

There is a crazy golf and arcade for kids and a waterpark, which isn't in playa d'en bossa and was shut due to early season.

All in all, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The best part of the holiday was the fact that we only went for a week. I would NEVER go to Ibiza again.

the resort was ok. We arrived on 10th October and everywhere was shut. MOst of hotels shut and weather was terrible. It rained like I have never seen before, hale stones like marbles and thunder and lightening which was constant. Wind blew tables and chairs into the pool every night.
