Block 2000 have views over the main swimming pool, which is really nice! Also, both A La Carte restaurants are well worth a visit, although the main restaurant has plenty of variety and high quality food also.

Beach was kept very clean. Entertainmentin the resort mainly geared up for the younger element. Resort clean and we would visit again but not in the school holidays, too many kids running around unsupervised especially in the bar area in the night.

resort was clean, suits clubbers with space nightclub and bora bora beach good for families with bars like big ben, murphys, three monkeys etc that have family entertainment. the beach is clean and tidy but sunbeds can be pricey 4-6 euros each plus extra for umbrella. all in all a good resort for all ages and would visit again.

if your staying in this resort and just want a lazy holiday then this is for you, however if you want plesant service were your made to feel welcome and appreciated with a little bit of life other than one pub then go elsewhere this resort is not for you. this resort consists of two streets both with a few shops and restaurants, at night time the usual touting reps come out trying to get you to go in there bars but if you simply say no thankyou and walking past then expect some abuse from them they dont like the word NO!!!!
the restaurants dont seem to have any time for you as an individual (and this wasnt even in busy times) they would stand around the bar and leave you with a menu sometimes upto 40minutes before they came back. several times a would raise my hand or say excuse me as they'd walk past but be sure they kept on going and would ignored you. there isnt much choice for restaurants so if you want a meal that can take over 2hours (with a hungry child this was not ideal) just for a starter and main meal then horrahh playa d' en bossa is for you.
however all is not lost if you want a decent meal with good service then go to the chinese restaurant- the staff cannot do enough for you and take the time to make you feel welcome and the food is good, also take a short walk along the beach to the next village(about 30minutes) into figeratas and walk along the sea front till you get to where the market stalls are and look for a bloke sucking a lollypop with a little dog with him (he resembles gordon ramsey) he is the owner of the Home Loos tapas bar. Again nothing is to much trouble and the food is out of this world - tapas and paiella to die for - honest!!!!
the only pub with entertainment in en 'bossa is BIG BENS FUN PUB!!!!
this is a must but be warned the entertainment program is only one week so if your there for 2 weeks then you'll see it all again, get in there early if you want a decent seat and the absolute MUST SEE shows are the HYPNOTIST and BEEGEES we went both weeks and even bought the dvd and cd's - the hypotist was brilliant and the beegees tribute band are so realistic id go back for one night just to watch them again.
we hired a car because we were so bored in en ' bossa and did the whole island ( es cana - san antonio - portinax) be warned your reps will tell you about the wonderful sun sets over in san antonio - the sun sets and the cafe they recommend is packed solid and expensive - beware!!!
we went to a different restaurant that night to watch the sun set and it took over 1hour 40minutes to get a drink, order a meal and get the starters, the staff were very unplesant, didnt have time for you so we ended up leaving the main courses and taking our little girl to kfc in the west end at 10pm the service (if you can call it that was abismol) DONT GO!!!! save your time and money!!!
well if your going soon then be prepared - last words!!!
if you want sun and lazying doing nothing and terrible service then you'll love it ha-ha good luck!!!

The resort itself hasnt got a great deal of entertainment nightlife, its more restaurants.

There are a few english pubs one called Big Ben with entertainment but we had a little one with us, and for him there was a fair just outside Sal Rossas gates and a games area down the road after saying that although he is only 2 we still were never in before 1 o clock.

There is a hotel next door called club Migjorn which is to do with Sal Rossa and if there isnt entertainment on there is in club migjorn so some nights we went there we loved it.

Playa den Bossa was full of young people clubbing.

Didnt like the touts trying to pull you into the bars even when we had 2 children with us.

No child friendly bars that we saw. Little fun fair but it was nothing special.

Beach was lovely, nice and clean and white sand.

Would visit again but only staying in a Fiesta hotel.

Resort as never bean pretty, but there's always bean a lot for the children, was sad to see that the crazy golf/bouncy castle area just up the road had closed down, but it seems to be like England selling any space they can to build on. (a lot of building going on every where).
