We stayed at this hotel from 2nd july -16th July 05.
We were located at the 2nd floor in the main building and our room was kept very clean by our maid each and every day, with sheets and towels being changed every day.

The hotel was kept spotless with waiters colleting glases and ash trays working alongside with one of the maids who worked flat out in reception area keeping it clean.

Hotel food was good something for everybody but you might get this twice a week but it was not a problem for our family.

Hotel staff make you feel very welcome at this hotel and are very polite.

Entertainment well what can I say it was brilliant they involve kids and adults during the day and at night theres a kids show then the adults, the team from Holland was great who did all the entertainment very well done to all of them.

My family and I are just back from the Samoa Hotel, we had a very nice and relaxing holiday.

I would like to say that the All Inclusive was very good, and the hotel was always getting cleaned by many hard working barmen.

The food was similar everyday after a few days you got a bit bored of it. Restaurant was always very clean.

The location was good as just across the road from the hotel were a variety of shops and bars, one that I liked was the Karaoke bar which was very pleasant, and there was a comedian/singer and he always had us in stitches, his name was John.

Hotel was situated only 3minutes from the lovely cove/ beach, but beware there were several people that got stung by jellyfish.

Entertainment staff were very friendly with everyone, and worked very hard keeping everyone happy.

There was something different every night and we were there for a fortnight.

Yes I would come back to this hotel, if they were to get Air conditioning installed as it was very very hot at nights and sometimes you could not get a good sleep. Also the I D Card system was not very handy, because if you went with a family, you had to use the same card for everyone, and sometimes if one family member happened to be away, you could not get drinks nor a meal, unless you had your card with you.

All in all worth the 3*** All Inclusive.

We have just arrived back from 5 nights at the Samoa. We travelled independantly with Easyjet & Medhotels, & hired a car at Palma airport. It took us an hour in the car from the airport.

The hotel is very clean. The pool became very cloudy each afternoon (but with so many people jumping in & out covered in sunlotion....what do you expect??) It was always cleaned each morning though.

The place was packed out. If you want a sunbed you have to be by the pool at 8.30am when the beds are unlocked or you don't stand a chance.

Food is good but a bit repetative. Some form of chips are always on the menu. Lunch tends to be better than the evening meal.

Breakast is a bit naff. It alternates each day between english & continental.

The room was very clean and a good size for our family of 4.

Entertainment was good. everyone joined in for the crazy dances each day. Water aerobics is also fun in the morning.

Reception are very helpful. A couple of English women work on there. We also hired a fan from reception which is a must.

Bars are good near by. We ate out a couple of evenings and had some lovely meals.

All in all a nice short break......did exactly what it said on the tin!!

First we would like to say hello to the Russell and the Welsh families we met on our first week of our holiday, we enjoyed the company.

As I had heard of mix reviews of this hotel i went with an open mind but once we got there we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was spotless with maids cleaning every morning and the location of the hotel couldn't be any closer to the centre.

The staff at this hotel were great with everyone and the entertainers were great especially with the kids. The only downside was the food, breakfast and dinner was ok but lunches and the snack bar weren't up to much. All in all the holiday was great and we enjoyed it very much

You may notice this is my second review on this hotel.
We enjoyed our first visit that much we went back.
We can not fault the hotel but as it was peek times we had to go down to the pool early so we where able to get sun loungers which was a bit of a pain.

The food this time was not as good as our first visit but we never went hungry probably due to the hotel being full and them having to cater for 900 guests.

Entertainment very good during day and more so at night.

As most people know all inclusives are either a hit or a miss well i would say its a hit at this hotel.

If your going in the middle of the summer be prepared as there is no AIR CON in the rooms but you can hire fans to put in the room they help a little and cost 2.5 euros a day.

We met some really nice families and hopefully we will get a chance to catch up with them soon.

I have just returned from the Samoa on the 3rd June and I have already booked to go back on the 22 July.

My family thought the holiday was excellent.

The food was very good. Hotel very clean, staff very helpful and the entertainment team was brilliant.

I have used other travel companies in the past but the company I travelled with must be one of the best as they are so helpful and they actually care.

I would recommend them for anyone to try they will not be disappointed.

Because the food and drink was so good I found it very hard to spend any money except for buying presents.
Please try it you will enjoy.

The main reason I tried this holiday was the cost as using Seguro was cheaper than any other company

Just returned home on 22nd June and I would love to go back. The hotel was excellent, everything was so close, shops just across the road, beach 5 min walk.

The kids, aged 5 and 11, both had a great time. The kids clubs were great and they always enjoyed the night show. You could not have complained about the food there was always something you could eat, however, I will say that lunch menu was always better than dinner. Pork seems to be the chefs favorite dish but really you would have to be really fussy not to be able to find something you liked. We all ate really well.

Weather was excellent very warm we hired a fan out,

The Hotel was All Inclusive. It was very very clean and well maintained. The foyer is well constructed and laid out in a comfortable and relaxing manner. The room, hotel corridors, lifts and steps were kept clean and spotless as was the pool area which is well laid out with seating sunbeds etc in both open and shaded areas. Never had any problems obtaining a sunbed at any time of day.

For all us wheelchair users or less mobile the hotel lifts are very accessible, everywhere is ramped, though a bit steep around the pool area, I needed my electric vehicle.

Another point do not tolerate excess noise after 2400 hours, dial 9 from your room security will arrive quickly are very efficient not to mention LARGE.

The food at the hotel restaurant was adequate and I as a fussy eater was always able to obtain more than one type of meal at any sitting. Their was a microwave for heating your food if you felt it was cool. There was a varied choice of starter salads and sweets, though repetitve. The soups were always good. Breakfasts were British on one day European the next. Main courses were, well, main courses!
Unfortunatley I am not a trencherman so not qualified to really comment on food standard. I eat to live not live to eat!

Restaurant was kept clean and clear. Good staff, they are a bit bolshi about meal times. Snacks on AI are available outside mealtimes and are the usual salad, fries burgers etc

The hotel is located right in the centre of Calla de Mallorca on the clifftop with stunning views of the surrounding bay and countryside. The pavements are the usual spanish tiles bumpy on the wheelchair. There is a shortage of regular lowered sections but the resort is well laid out for a wheelchair user though I used an electric scooter as the area is hilly though no worse than my home village in Ayrshire.

The beach is a 5 minute downhill walk and ramped for wheelchair access. Good scooter/wheelchair hire can be arranged through the hotel reception at a reasonable rate. Ask Julie.

Entertainment was great though mainly child and family orientated. The animacion staff work tirelessly to ensure everyone enjoys themselves, though I felt it was to much ala butlins pontins 1966. There was two or three acts, dancers, singers and acrobats brought in on various evenings that were interesting entertainment.

Yes, we should return for a quite relaxing break at anytime, the hotel is lovely, calm and restful.

We have just returned from the Hotel Samoa, and it was their first week of the season. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Staff were all very friendly.

Food was good and there was something for all our family.

The entertainment staff at the hotel run a kids club during the morning and afternoon, with poolside activities for adults if you want to participate. The entertainment in the evening was good, considering it was the first week, people were more than happy to participate.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which will be hard going as the weather gets warmer. Also no T.V's or hairdryers in the rooms, but to be honest we had such a good time, we only used the room for sleeping.

The beach is lovely and you can take a boat trip on the glass bottom boat, and buses stop right outside the Samoa to a variety of places.

I would definitely return to this hotel but not in the high season because there is no air conditioning
