We were very impressed with the general cleanliness of Palma City and in particular with the beach front area. The beach itself is a perfectly white powder sand,that is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Because our holiday was in mid winter, many of the resorts entertainment facilities were closed. However there was more than enough to keep us happy for 2 weeks. We could only imagine what it must be like in the summer. But we shall find that out for ourselves,for we fully intend to return to this delightful resort at a later date.

definately would go back ! beack and the streets were very clean! it was full of lovely peaople and i loved my holiday there! good english pub next to the harbour and the sea is lovely to swim in or simply throw a ball around! resort is good for patying and also relaxing holiday ! suits all kinds of needs! i am goin over next year again to work ! i love it there nice spanish town with a friendly atmosphere! brilliant ! go , you will love it!

The beach is fantastic with a very gentle slope allowing you to go out about 100 meters before you have to consider swimming.
The best thing about this holiday was the "TRIKE TOUR" advertised on the seafront, we paid €118 for a 7 hour trip round the island on a 3 seater trike which was absolutely fantastic a MUST DO.
Visited the Brit bars in the area which were reasonable but found the CASABLANCA bar on the seafront a very pleasant place to get drunk and watch the world go by.

El Arenal is nice and the walk down the front takes you to Playa De Palma and even further down is C'an Pastille.
There's lots of shops and the beach is lovely and clean and so is the sea. One thing I would say is that things seem to be geared towards the Germans but hey, live and let live!

azll in all resort quite run down much in need of facelift. we were there for a long weekend which was about 2 days too long. sorry!
Very much orientated for the germans but still a lot of brits out there,small selection of restaurants but snack bars galore.The beach is nice in areas but the smell from the sewer can be a bit strong.Not a lot going on really unless you take a trip into magaluff,but there is a bar opposite the hotel the coach and horses which is brilliant the owners were great and a massive choice of drinks on offer.With english speaking sattelite tv.Took the edge of the nightmare.
